Fine oils and spices, eastern baked treats, and a ton of dried goods like beans and rice. They have a great selection of island produce and meats/dairy coming straight from the farms into the coolers. The freezer also features some of their own falafel or local made meal items. The aged Island cheeses and dips are fantastic too. Something real special here is the small selection of baked goods from Montreal including Fairmont Bagels!!!!
