(As a bit of a historical note: I have been coming to this exact FedEx location for decades--back when Abraham and Tayo were the local crew and we were all great friends. Honestly, looking at the current staff, I'm pretty sure none of the present people were even born yet when I first started coming here!) Even with the generation shift, the service remains world-class. Ms. Tori is truly a remarkable asset to FedEx. She put her whole heart and soul into assisting us and continuously went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. Alongside her, Michele also travels the extra mile with wonderful professionalism and care. Rich was fantastic to interact with--incredibly friendly, humorous, and helpful. The entire team here, including Emarie, Abraham, Mrs. Angie, and Rich, makes this location shine. It is rare to find this caliber of customer service and positive energy in retail. Highly recommended!
