The space is super clean and quiet - since this is a new location, they have limited hours while they are ramping up. Check in is really easy - you just check in via an iPad and they'll call you back when they set up the room. The appointment itself is also very fast - I'm done in literally less than 5 minutes (time varies depending on the area you are getting done). I believe they upgraded their equipment so their laser treatment doesn't hurt at all! There's a mild warm feeling from the laser, but I felt no discomfort or pain during the procedure. Kiki was also very kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They run Groupon deals pretty often so it's well worth the cost (especially since the results seem to last even after your last session). You can only use a Groupon offer once a year, but their normal prices are pretty affordable for the city.

I said that I wasn't sure and the doctor said a nurse would come check in but no one did. She then shrugged again and said, "well if that's what the doctor said..." She then proceeded to say, "That's $400 up front" (I was getting a cosmetic procedure.) LOL as if I didn't know what I needed to pay? Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment?? There was no care, helpfulness, a genuine smile, patient service or kindness from her. And that's uncommon, as all the staff here is usually very nice, polite, and friendly. Maybe she was just having an off morning. But still, I don't think that's a proper justification. The doctor (afterwards, I saw her in passing and mentioned that the nurse didn't come in to check on me / let me know I'm good to leave) did say they were a bit short staffed that morning.
