We asked him to come back and fix it to be able to dim. Benny kept giving us the run around and blamed us for it not working. The day he came out to fix it, he came into our house without our permission and started the work after saying he would come between a reasonable hour. He made it seem like we owed him something for having him come out at 7 when it was his fault he came so late. I wouldn't recommend this company because you'll be made to look like you're an idiot and have a stranger barge into your home without your permission. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I recently moved to East Stroudsburg from out-of-state. Before I called Perry Sherman at Eastern, I…read morecontacted another national company (which will remain unnamed) that had signs on lawns all over my neighborhood. They gave me an $11,000 price quote. I was perplexed, to say the least. Then I called Perry at Eastern and he explained that my house was already hard-wired with a security system when it was constructed and had everything I needed. He got it up and running in no time, and charged a reasonable fee. The other company failed to tell me that my house was already fully hardwired with a security system. Thank you, Perry! When he finally found the wires and put the carpet back, he put the cable wires on the carpet tacks. We needed Comcast to come out (because didn't know that's what happened) and he spent hours trying to get our cable working, because who would check under the carpet for issues. After they left, we noticed they pulled the woodwork off the wall! Where they attached the alarm, they'd dislodged the woodwork frame so it wasn't flush against the wall anymore. I have been trying to schedule an appointment since May. After meeting John, my wife and I were…read moreimpressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He was kind and thorough. John made a commitment to assess our electrical needs and did so. The first week of May, I called and spoke to Sue. She advised she would follow up with dates and times. By the end of May, I had not heard back - I called Sue and was told that John is very busy and my info is on her desk. A few weeks later I called as I had time off of work. Once again, Sue reminded me my information as on her desk and she would call me back after she checks his availability. After two months of not being called, I have moved on from trying to schedule with them. There was no apology or explanation. There was no estimated wait time. There was a sterile, we are busy and will get to you when we can. I called around locally to on other small businesses that did provide that. I'm not sure where the disconnect was with JM but it was a turn off. Sadly, as I have heard wonderful things about John.
