I disagree with a review below. There isn't great efficiency here and this is in regard…read morespecifically to taking my blood labs. I understand doctor's offices are busy, but there should be a priority to people who have been fasting since midnight, to get their labs done first (as in the first part of their appointment, as opposed to the very last part) and quickly. Lastly, because I calmly said to the receptionist, Lorena, that I was feeling lightheaded from fasting (it's 10:15am at this point and I arrived at 9) and if she could find out when my blood would be taken, it appears this ticked her off. When it was time for me to check out, I received a half-way smile and she didn't say a word to me, I didn't even know she was tending to me. After 5 mins, she just hands me my referrals and says "doctor said come back in a week". No have a nice day or goodbye or anything. Honestly this really pissed me the hell off because I feel this is so representative of the lethargic, dismissive, disinterested receptionist doctor's office service in Florida. I lived in Korea for a year and didn't deal with crap like that. There's a respect and attentiveness attributed to the patient there. I don't like how all these young receptionists here have this nonchalant attitude like you can't even ask them anything. I know I'm rambling, but this really bothers me. Don't treat me less because I look young. You wouldn't treat an elderly person like that. And it's not my style to EVER say an employees name, but again this pissed me off.

This place needs to get shut down after what I experienced. A negative rating would be more…read moreaccurate. I believe they are under new management but this place is disgraceful now! Had an appointment for 4:45pm, arrived on time and found the doors to the office was locked with some of the lights inside already off. I saw a receptionist at the desk through the glass so I knocked to get her attention. She came to the door and said they are closed. I asked how can they be closed if I have a 4:45 which appointment which I am on time for. She went on to say they will close at 5pm and the doctor Jean Claude isn't seeing anyone else because he wants to go home and if he sees me he won't be able to leave by 5pm. Never in my life have I heard or experienced anything like this before. Disgusting and beyond u professional. Fire the 2 girls that were working this evening shift and the doctor.

All staff pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Dr Mary is a saint. She reads all past records, listens to current situations, talks about resolving challenges and prescribes meds that address conditions. I am grateful Dr. Mary explains how they work as well as why they do not result in tolerance. I am 90% better. I know she will help me to 100%. Mary sends referrals immediately and knows which doctors will best meet my needs. Dr Robert is just as wonderful in all those areas. So grateful to be with them. TYPE OF CARE: Asthma (now cured), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) (cured after referral to GI Specialist and upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy performed and esophagus expanded during procedure, difficulty breathing during exercise (all-gone) and blood work-full testing across the spectrum to identify areas of concern. Blood pressure - after trying amlodipine, then losartan, each could not bring readings down. Finally, they prescribed both at once with a lower amlodipine mg and they found the solution to my high bp. Have have had normal numbers since.
