I understand doctor's offices are busy, but there should be a priority to people who have been fasting since midnight, to get their labs done first (as in the first part of their appointment, as opposed to the very last part) and quickly. Lastly, because I calmly said to the receptionist, Lorena, that I was feeling lightheaded from fasting (it's 10:15am at this point and I arrived at 9) and if she could find out when my blood would be taken, it appears this ticked her off. When it was time for me to check out, I received a half-way smile and she didn't say a word to me, I didn't even know she was tending to me. After 5 mins, she just hands me my referrals and says "doctor said come back in a week". No have a nice day or goodbye or anything. Honestly this really pissed me the hell off because I feel this is so representative of the lethargic, dismissive, disinterested receptionist doctor's office service in Florida. I lived in Korea for a year and didn't deal with crap like that. There's a respect and attentiveness attributed to the patient there. I don't like how all these young receptionists here have this nonchalant attitude like you can't even ask them anything. I know I'm rambling, but this really bothers me. Don't treat me less because I look young. You wouldn't treat an elderly person like that. And it's not my style to EVER say an employees name, but again this pissed me off.

I saw a receptionist at the desk through the glass so I knocked to get her attention. She came to the door and said they are closed. I asked how can they be closed if I have a 4:45 which appointment which I am on time for. She went on to say they will close at 5pm and the doctor Jean Claude isn't seeing anyone else because he wants to go home and if he sees me he won't be able to leave by 5pm. Never in my life have I heard or experienced anything like this before. Disgusting and beyond u professional. Fire the 2 girls that were working this evening shift and the doctor.

She reads all past records, listens to current situations, talks about resolving challenges and prescribes meds that address conditions. I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.

The first time this happened, we were not walk-ins at all! We had an appointment!!! Then this time, my fiance called for an appointment due to a fever of 102 and severe influenza-like symptoms. He explained that he did not want to wait for hours like he did the last time. The office assistant that answered the phone told him to just come in rather than make an appointment and they would get to him faster. After waiting an extended period of time once again, he said something to the office staff. They said that he was waiting and people went in before him that got there after because he was a walk-in! It is always the same thing with this office....very long waits and no one can decide if making an appointment or walking in will afford you to see the doctor within a reasonable time. We will be switching primary care providers. I do not recommend this office.
