I called last…read moreThursday, that Friday I got a call, saying it's a two week waiting period, they called my warranty, and the warranty said they would only cover a certain part, McKinnis called me back and told me, me the news. And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. McKinnis told me what they were going todo, and said it would take 3 to 4 hrs.

It took us a bit of time to get everything in place to have the job done and they honored the original quote (even though it had an expiration date of late July). When we were finally ready to have the work done, scheduling was easy and they arrived at the time promised. They did a great job protecting the workspace and replaced an electrical outlet that erroneously had some insulation sprayed into it. We are very happy with the outcome of the spray foam insulation - the spray foam provides a much better barrier than the standard fiberglass and Radiant is a good company to work with.

I have walked the property twice now and have yet to find a scrap or nail anywhere. There are so many roofers out there, that it was hard to choose. I definitely made the right choice. Whereas other roofers tried to convince me that I needed a complete shingle tear-down and replacement, Roofer Mike worked with me to keep my costs down. The person that cleans our gutters said the roof was getting pretty bad, so we started trying to find someone to do the job. When Wayne came out, he inspected our roof, and it was past repairing. He walked us through what going through our insurance would entail. I got ahold of our insurance, and they agreed with everything Wayne had said. So, instead of getting our roof repaired, we got a new roof, new gutters, some painting and some window work done that we hadn't even realized we needed. All for the price of our deductible. We set up a time for the work to start, and Cody and his team were on time and just wonderful! Cody is a young person that has a great head for business and still knows the old rules of how to treat a customer. It was just a pleasant experience. If every business ran like Abbott's, it would be a better world. They did an absolutely great job on our house, but also made sure there was no debris left in our yard, or our neighbors. The whole crew were friendly and so respectful. You just don't find that anymore. It was so reassuring to know that Cody was onsite for the entire job. It's nice to know that as an owner of the business, he cares enough about customers to be there.
