They had to return to correct work that should have been completed properly the first time. I was then told I would receive updated payment information once everything was closed out. Instead, the next communication I received was referencing a potential construction lien. And just watch -- I fully expect them to respond to this review and act as though they did absolutely nothing wrong. That has been my experience with the level of customer service and accountability here. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and at times downright rude. If I were choosing a fence company again, I would absolutely go elsewhere. There are other fencing companies offering better materials and better customer service at comparable prices.
