The flavor is absolutely wonderful, and the tenderness of the Oxtails were INCREDIBLE! I also ordered the Curry Chicken lunch special, which had the portions of a dinner, and was so delicious! The side dishes were Rice & Peas, Cabbage, and Plantains (soooo soft, sweet, and delicious- with some of them having those delicious crunchy edges (YUM!) I am back again today for another round of the Oxtails, and this time, I will be trying the Brown Stew Chicken lunch special. Can't wait to arrive at my hotel, so that I can dig in!!! I don't know all of what was what...but I ate all my half and was very pleased. My wife went back a few days later with our Puerto Rican friend and they killed it again apparently. AND it is hard to impress our friends.
