Oh My Goodness Tried Jammin Nyaminz for the first time this past Saturday at The Wailers concert downtown. Did not disappoint. The jerk chicken is perfectly spicy, sweet, and savory. First of all, the family is so friendly and kind. It is a little food truck. The food is incredibly flavorful. I get goat curry and oxtail every time. The goat curry is delicious, but packs heat that will sneak up on you. That oxtail... oh that oxtail. I could write love letters. You can just pick those up and nom nom nom off the bone. They are so tender and juicy. The sauce is amazing. I crave these constantly!! They are a must get. The rice is excellent to sop off whatever sauce is left from the meat. The plantains are a nice semi-sweet way to wrap up the meal. Don't forget the refreshing drinks they have. This is hands down the best food truck in town! My wife discovered Jammin Nyaminz a few years ago and it's been a family favorite ever since! We love the Jerked Chicken Alfredo! The Alfredo itself is very rich and creamy. The jerked chicken is the perfect combination of spice to give it a slight kick, but it's also a bit sweet too, making it easily our favorite pasta dish in town now! The owner Llewellyn, is very polite and really is from Jamaica so the food is totally authentic! If you're looking for an original dish bursting with flavor then give them a shot! Amazing place! You can't go wrong here! The owners are amazing and the food is like nowhere else! We get the chicken pasta and the ox tail...the rice is amazing with ox tail and the chicken pasta has an abundance of flavor! Try them and you'll be hooked!!!! read more
