What troubled me is his office staff did not obtain foot x-rays already in the system even when she said she would. I found this out at Lompoc Hospital where he could have easily accessed them. Was there 1.5 hours of wasted time as did not need more x-rays. When I called his staff, "she forgot" to obtain them. So, we had our visit (me and a relative), and called x3 for him to relate what's up with our foot x-rays. There was no call back after 5 days, just access to a patient portal which had no info and was a complete waste of time. No x-rays were even in the portal. I feel it's very unfortunate there is no follow up as to what to do now. Isn't that why you go to a doctor? We waited 6 months for this appt and we are disappointed in Dr. Sherieff for his lack of follow up. We don't understand why there is no call back....?

I did not have to wait as I was seen at the appointment time. Dr. Bridger asked a lot of questions to try to determine the source of my foot pain...which of course...was NOT as bad as it had been the last few months- on the day of my visit. Unlike the prior podiatrist I visited a few months ago, ( who I felt was a bit dismissive), Dr. Bridger acknowledged my pain and offered several possible reasons for the pain. He suggested a course of action to treat it and we are proceeding with that plan. I am hopeful that the pain will be alleviated because of his treatment plan.
