They were happy to answer questions and I felt sure that they would do the best they could for me, finding the most cost effective solutions. I have had no hesitation in recommending them to a number of people since! Thank you Panalex! Lucy

The beauty of coming to somewhere off the beaten track is firstly, a higher level of customer service, and secondly, you won't be waiting forever to get your car looked at. The other thing (which you can't be sure of at other mechanics) is that they'll give you an honest price for the work they've carried out, and never do too much just to add a few more quid on to the bill. They really care about doing a good job, so will do a little bit extra to get the car to a healthy state again, and have done so many times for me. He sourced the parts himself and had a quote being told that it might be more depending on getting the car on the ramps which he accepted and presumably there would be a telephone call to advise him of this . The garage rang him to say the parts had been fitted as requested but that they did not need replacing and did not fix the fault but they had done as instructed and replaced the parts regardless . They did not feel the need to telephone and inform him of this and just said we have done what was asked . So some £150 for something that they knew did not need fixing .
