My Nan had a puncture, they came out, collected the wheel, repaired it and returned it all for very reasonable money. I'm sure if I'd taken the wheel to one of the big national chains I'd have come away with a bill for a new tyre. I know the rates are very competitive, although I'm sure if you looked hard enough you would find someone who is cheaper. I don't bother any more, this is a family run, local business who are simply nice people to deal with.

They've done unnecessary work which I didn't ask for and charged me an extra £100 or so. I suggest that you avoid like the plague.
