This was not our first time selling a home but it was by far the smoothest and all around best experience we have had. Greg and his team took the best care of us from the moment we approached him with the conversation to sell our home, to when we moved across the country before selling, and all the way until our closing date. The Fervent team did everything needed to get our home sold (well within our neighborhoods average days on market), never making us feel like our home wasn't a priority or getting the attention we felt it deserved. The consistent communication to make sure we were always on the same page as well as helping make sure the home looked its best still once we moved out was invaluable. This was the first home sell that I didn't need to be overly involved in, I was able to sit back and focus on my newborn and toddler, which is exactly how it should be. Please reach out to Greg and his team at Fervent with any of your buying or selling needs - you will truly be in the best of hands.

It's stressful enough selling a home when you live in the area, but being out of state makes it much more challenging --- unless you have Andrea and her team working with you! She was there through each and every step of the way. I needed to clean out a 3,000 square foot house that was full of a lifetime worth of all kinds of stuff. Andrea referred me to valuable and trustworthy sources to help with this monumental task. She also made arrangements for cleaners, painters, flooring people, stagers, and various maintenance and repairs that needed to be taken care of. Her team brought in tried and true people to handle these tasks. I would have had to make many trips back and forth from California to Boise if it hadn't been for Andrea. Her knowledge of the Boise housing market, her professionalism, and assistance was invaluable. Andrea was exemplary at communicating with me on a regular basis to give me updates. Ultimately, she found the perfect buyer and guided me through the process to a successful closing. Needless to say, I highly recommend Andrea Pettitt and her team!

Where Tony truly shines is his hustle. We happened upon the perfect home in a dream location, right when the original buyer fell through, and he sprang into action. On a weekend afternoon, he didn't hesitate to make a 1+ hour drive to walk us through the house and then he got deal done. Literally, from his van parked down by the river, he fired up Starlink and whipped out a winning offer on the spot. Because of their dedication, we landed our dream home. If you want a team who is patient, knowledgeable, and will do whatever it takes to secure your home, Tony, Jill, and Gabby with Thrive in Boise are the best. Highly recommended!

We found working with John Boles at Jon Goesche Realty a fantastic experience and we highly…read morerecommend his services. To begin the process, John consulted with us 6-8 months in advance. He suggested ways to prepare our house to sell. At the same time, we discussed setting the parameters (cost, area and size) for the house we wanted to purchase. John is clearly an expert in the Treasure Valley housing market and recommended a realistic sell price for our house. The selling price exceeded our expectations. He promptly showed us houses we requested to see. He was more than willing to offer his opinion about the property, pointing out flaws as well as the cost of potential repairs (which we overlooked). John is very well organized and walked us through the very complex process with purchasing and selling a home at the same. He gave us weekly updates and reminders that kept us on track. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to family and friends.

John made the entire transaction and process so easy for me. I was worried about being so far away, and not having contacts for house cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc. John set everything up and made it easy for me to get things done quickly. He was prepared when we met, and was flexible knowing I was only in town for a short period of time. Being in probate, John contacted my probate attorney and got all the proper wording for the paperwork. John is great at communicating and the house had an offer within 24 hours of listing! First thing that struck me was his professionalism and easy to talk to personality. After our conversation I put him in the "possibility" box of realtors I was going to interview before listing my home. Two days later Klark came over and presented how he was going to sell my home - he was an easy choice after seeing his presentation. His 7 step pre -listing plan is simply unlike anything I saw after interviewing multiple realtors for hire. The thing that most impressed me about Klark, and his team, was how innovative they were with videos and social media. After interviewing tons of realtors I could not find anyone else in the real estate industry like Klark and his team. I hired him. After only two short weeks of being on the market Klark presented me with an offer over asking price. I was so impressed. As far as I'm concerned, Klark Sparks and his team are the best real estate agents in the industry. I will use him for every real estate need. I endorse and fully recommend them.
