He does not know how to be considerate of people's time and taking time off work to give ample notification, atleast on the day before the surgery. The first time he cancelled, we were notified once we got to the hospital and the second time he cancelled, we were notified 10 mins before our arrival time to the hospital. My nephew injured himself two months ago and the first time they put a cast on him, they did not realize that he actually needed surgery so he was MIS-DIAGNOSED. After a month of wearing a cast, they took reviewed the X-ray and then realized he needed surgery. His forearm is still in a cast after 2 months and still no surgery because this doctor keeps re-scheduling and cancelling. My nephew has not been able to work all summer and has not been able to heal properly due to not having the needed surgery. He has no consideration for the patient whatsoever. We pulled him out of this doctors care and his now with a new doctor who will be seeing us immediately. We are now requesting his medical records from this office, hopefully we get it without any problems or headache. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

Worst doctor's visit EVER. This was the most pointless, frustrating, useless, insulting doctor's…read morevisit of my life. I took unpaid time off of work for this appointment, which made it extra stressful as I watched the clock in the waiting room. Even though I'd given the receptionist all of my insurance information over the phone several days prior, she waited to confirm my insurance until I was physically present, which, unsurprisingly, took 30 minutes. On top of this (barely) understandable use of time, I waited another half an hour, making a total of an _hour_ of waiting until I finally saw a doctor. When I finally saw Dr. Launder, I asked him specific questions: I want a diagnosis, a plan for recovery (including at home care), and ideas how to prevent this injury in the future. He spent less than 2 minutes with me and answered none of those questions. He prescribed a Rx-strength anti--inflammatory, and referred me to a PT without first giving me a diagnosis or asking _any_ medical history questions that could have shed light on the injury. On top of that, he told me, point blank, that my hobby and passion, weightlifting, has long term health risks. I believe strongly that he is misinformed on that count. I left the appointment in tears due to how much time I'd wasted and how insulted I felt after his cursory, incomplete, and uniformed assessment.

We were not called into the exam room UNTIL 5:27!!!! two plus hours after our scheduled appointment!! This was AFTER they took in a woman who had a 3:45 appointment. I pointed this out to the staff and was given a short, "sorry." then sent back to our seat to wait longer. Once called to the back, we waited another 20 minutes in a very cold exam room for the doctor to arrive. He rushed in, obviously overwhelmed, spent maybe 3 minutes with us. Sent us to xrays. Came back into exam room for maybe another 5 minutes. I don't know if these people get this or not but THIS IS A BUSINESS and we, consumers, have many other options for this type of service and I for one, will go somewhere else in the future. If a group of people mis-manage this important aspect of their business this badly, what other poor practices are they following. This is a very poorly run organization and they need to understand that treating their customers this way is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If all doctors feel that they can overbook and inconvenience their clients in this way, I certainly hope that all prospective clients will read this and rise up against this! Don't go to this practice. Find somewhere else and then hold them to a standard too.

I was in the lobby, since I arrived early, and I heard him talking with an elderly lady about her treatment plan. His kind tone, patience, and warmth in his voice as he spoke to her about her situation was incredible. He was so respectful and was mapping out what she needed to do with her other doctors to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was heart warming. I first needed to go to Dr Raj for my right shoulder. Within a month of PT my shoulder was back to normal. Then I lifted something that was very light and tweaked it, so back to Dr. Raj. Withing 2 weeks it was fixed and I haven't had any issues since then. Then the right hip started acting up so started the process with Dr. Raj. It's been a few weeks and it is starting to feel better and the limp is almost gone. I still have work to do on my hip, but I know Dr. Raj will get me back to my normal hip health soon.

During the first visit Raj assessed the problem, explained in detail his findings and his recommendations (which he shared with my doctor too). After several visits, the pain was gone. He continued then with methods that helped me gain strength to prevent future injuries and helped me regain normal range of movement. He used tools and methods that helped me during sessions, but also taught me how to replicate them at home. I am very thankful for his professional help and his caring personality.

He was an hour late and rushed me through the visit. He tried to stop me from asking questions about my condition and treatment. And whenever he asked me a question he cut me off after only five or six words. He did not want to gain or share any information. He took out a small model of a musculoskeletal system and spent about 25 seconds "explaining" sciatica to me. I had to get the actual information off the Internet later. Dr. Pabla wrote three prescriptions, probably the same three he writes for everybody with sciatica. Two days later I discovered that, unlike the pain killers I got at the hospital, the ones the doctor prescribed did not help at all. I called the office on a Friday morning to ask if he could prescribe something more effective. His assistant told me that he's always away every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and there's no way for them to reach him. "But this is urgent." "You have call back Monday." After three days of suffering the doctor finally told me he couldn't prescribe a different medicine until after I had an MRI and he had a chance to review it. Dr. Pabla mentioned the MRI when I first visited him. I told him that in this case my insurance probably would not cover the procedure. But I asked him to send me the billing code so I could check my coverage. He said he would provide it with the notes on my case. At the time of this review - five days after the office visit - he still has not completed the notes or sent them to me. I asked him what would happen if I didn't get an MRI and he avoided the question. I also asked him why his office is structured in such a way that for three straight days every week he "can't" be called or paged in an emergency. He told me I should have gone to the ER. I said I couldn't go to the ER a second time - it's much too expensive - and in any event, the staff at the ER would simply refer me to an orthopedist - again. What I truly needed was a prescription, not another $300+ visit to the Emergency Room. Well, that's what I tried to say. Before I could finish, he hung up on me. Stay away from this doctor. He does not care about making you better or relieving your pain. He just wants to bill you for a 30 minute visit that only lasted 5 minutes and then send you out for a very expensive diagnostic procedure. I am sorry to be so negative, but Dr. Habla's poor attitude is just so painfully obvious. And I use the word "painfully" advisedly.

He was very aloof and clearly showed he had no interest in my case. At the first visit, he gave me a Cortizone injection and it was extremely painful. Even though I asked for a skin numbing agent, he did not give me one and the needle was extremely large and it heard it was very painful. I jerked from the pain and he laughed. I guess he found it humorous. Needless to say I was hesitant due to his odd behavior towards my case but I just had to come back to weeks later for my check up. When I came back, he took literally five minutes to see me and told me he had to go somewhere and I was his last patient. It was clear that he was very rushed. He had no interest in my case and even told me that he would be happy with me getting a second opinion. I asked him if he thought I should be physical therapy he said if he if I wanted to waste my time doing so that I was welcome to go do it. Never did he say or give me the option of somewhere to go. It was very obvious to me at this point that he did not care about my current situation at all. I have since went and looked for another orthopedic surgeon. Do not go here unless you do not want a doctor that actually cares about you.
