Only to tell me I have heartburn and a lot of drainage. Yeah, no crap, I could've told you that myself for free. In fact I did, but the doctor wanted to check just to be sure. I wasn't shown a bill or anything, and when I asked the receptionist if I could make a payment she rolled her eyes and said I could pay half. Most doctors offices don't require up front payment like this, especially not before billing insurance, so I find this very odd and deceptive. I also had to call the office about four times before they would finally send in my prescription.

I can't possibly say something that will justify how great Dr. Casano is. I was in the ER for 12hrs…read moreon Friday to get an earplug removed from against my eardrum. The doctors tried everything, they went in blindly and scraped at my eardrum and eventually had to put me under sedation. They still couldn't get the earplug out!! I went to Dr. Casano on a Saturday morning, and he got it out in less than 30 seconds.. He's a great doctor and a very caring person! If you need a great ENT, go to him!
