You will not be protected and well represented if you hire them. They do not give you the correct advice. Their office is messy with tons of files on the ground. As far as Solicitors go, I found him to be extremely helpful. If you are like me - busy and impatient (!) - the fact that he e-mails back so quickly is a major plus. No-one wants big periods of not knowing with conveyancing.
