Buying a house is stressful. VERY stressful. And yet, working with James was such a fantastic experience and I couldn't imagine working with a different buying agent. James guided us through our first house purchase, answering our many questions patiently and pointing out myriad subtleties about specific houses and the buying process that we were unaware of. We looked at over 20 houses over the course of about a month before finding the first one that we wanted to place an offer on.
