She is a very understanding, patient, caring and kind teacher. I believe she is able to read my mind because she chooses songs that I listen to and enjoy, like songs from Studio Ghibli and still challenges me with other great pieces. I'm a college student and just started a little over a year ago, and I find myself playing the piano to relax (if I'm not sleeping that is). I still manage to be able to play songs from the great composers such as Bach, Chopin, and Mozart with what little time I can actually practice. So if I can do it, you can do it! :) If you wish to learn piano, now is the time and 10 River is the place to start; you can take piano lessons whether you are a complete novice or a gifted pianist. Just remember that piano is like life, what you get out of it is how much you put into it.

I was impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-organized the store is, with a great variety and selection of instruments. The sales associate was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He even took a brand-new accordion out of a sealed carton, put on the straps, and let us try it. Although we didn't find the right match and didn't make a purchase, he remained kind and patient, answering all our questions thoroughly. At the start of the year he was really behind in both subjects, and now he is not only caught up but actually doing well and feeling confident. Lennie's patience has made all the difference. My son can be challenging at times with his ADHD, but Lennie knows how to keep him engaged and on track without ever making him feel pressured. I had to find a local option so I began my research. I came across several candidates, but none even came close to Jon from Guitar Tune Ups. His reviews are immaculate, which was my first green flag. His prices are unmatched, which was yet another plus, but the most notable quality to me was his ease to communicate with and ease to set up an appointment. For some reason the other shops I contacted seem to think themselves too good for the customer, but Jon is a guitar enthusiast and that is the biggest green flag to me. He is doing it for the craft and that is a man I can trust with my collection. He even took my work schedule into consideration and worked around it!
