She's warm and friendly. This is especially nice if you are nervous about seeing a dentist. My hygienist is Denise. Again she greets you like you have been friends forever. The x/ray process is easy and with the big screens in the room you are in the know of everything that is happening in your mouth. Finally you get to see Dr. Mark he's young and makes you feel like he's know you for years. His manner puts you at ease. Worst dental experience I have ever gone through. They gave me numbing shots so I could have my…read morecavities filled. They proceeded to have me sit there for an hour after the numbing shots. I told them that it was wearing off. They did not listen to me. They started with my fillings and I told them it hurt, they then asked me if I had have dental work before... so condecending given they have my Xrays and know I have. After I stated it hurt again, they stopped and decided to refer me to an anestheisa center and had me leave. They said no dentist would able to work on me. I went to another dentist the same day, they were great and were able to do my fillings the same day. Why? Because they actually listened to their client... NEVER GO TO SMILE TEAM DENTAL!!!!!
