Robert has been incredible about understanding my goals and building treatment around what I actually want to be able to do, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive, but what stands out most is how kind and empathetic he is. He really listens, explains what he is doing and why, and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about your progress. I have felt supported every step of the way and have seen a real difference in how my body moves and feels. I could not recommend Robert or Myodetox West Hollywood more highly.

I genuinely believed I could just stretch a little, do some exercises, and somehow convince myself I'd feel better. Then I came here. It only took Vinh and Blaze 45 minutes to fix a painful issue I've been dealing with since a bad car accident. I swear to God, my brain exploded. My right hip flexor was actually fixed. FIXED!!! I don't know or understand what Alakazam-Hocus Pocus-Expecto Patronum wizardry they performed, but I walked out in complete disbelief. What impressed me the most was how incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive Vinh and his team were. They listened, they explained what was going on, and then hit the reset button on me. I'm literally still in shock as I write this review. LOL. Vinh and Blaze are miracle workers disguised as physical therapists, and I can't recommend them enough.

I came to see Dr. Ford in 2017 for PRP therapy at the recommendation of a friend because I had been…read moresuffering from severe tennis elbow pain for years from a repetitive motion injury (computer work). Prior to seeing Dr. Ford, I had tried acupuncture, cortisone injections, massage, elbow braces, hand braces... and nothing worked. I was 27 years old with crippling arm pain and I was feeling very hopeless. It had gotten to the point where washing my hair in the shower was causing significant pain and I saw no end in sight. Then my friend shared about PRP therapy and recommended Dr. Ford. I even have a huge needle phobia but I was willing to try anything at that point. Dr. Ford is brilliant, patient, and so kind. I was so nervous and even skipped the lidocane so I would be pricked less (the needle phobia is real!) But Dr. Ford was very skilled and while the injections into my forearm felt SO weird, it was not very painful. I went in for a few treatments (I believe 4 or 5?) and he treated both arms each time. I felt some relief almost immediately and complete relief by the end of the treatments. My arms felt a bit weak, but the pain was gone! And I am SO happy to report that over 2.5 years later my arms are still pain free! Dr. Ford changed my life. I tell everyone I meet with muscle issues/pain to give PRP therapy a try. And Dr. Ford is my first recommendation! Thank you, Dr. Ford!

I've had all the tests and my knee dr. basically gave up and sent me off to another dr. for a revision. NOPE not doing that. So I found Dr. Ford and started Laser light therapy and the supplement Theramine and 2 months later, the ice pick is gone. It's crazy. Still numbness, and some pain from the TKR, so going to try PRP next week. I'll report back, but if you are on the fence, jump over. Looking forward to getting my life back. Thank you!!!!

I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks…read morenow twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in.

Unfortunately, what should have been a routine healthcare visit turned into an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Everything started with a simple patient intake form. When I arrived, the receptionist handed me an iPad to complete my registration and medical history forms. While I was filling out the paperwork, the iPad locked itself and requested a PIN that had never been provided to me. I had to ask the receptionist for assistance. She got up from her desk and unlocked the device. Shortly afterward, the exact same thing happened again. The iPad locked itself a second time, requiring the receptionist to come over and unlock it once more. Technical problems happen. That is understandable. What is unacceptable is how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of properly resolving the technical issue, the receptionist suggested that I complete my medical intake forms over the phone with another office assistant, while remaining at the front desk in a waiting area occupied by other patients. Think about that for a moment. I was being asked to verbally provide private personal and medical information, potentially including my medical history, physical conditions, injuries, and other sensitive details, within hearing distance of complete strangers. How can a healthcare office consider this an appropriate way to collect confidential patient information? The receptionist actually handed me the phone. The assistant on the other end explained that we could complete the medical paperwork together over the phone and asked whether I agreed. My answer was very clear: NO. I was not willing to discuss my confidential medical information in front of other patients. California has specific patient confidentiality protections, including HIPAA requirements and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. I expect employees working in a healthcare facility to understand the importance of protecting patient information and to provide reasonable, private alternatives when collecting sensitive medical details. To be clear, I am not claiming that my medical information was actually disclosed, because I refused to proceed with the phone conversation. My concern is the inappropriate procedure I was offered and the way my objections were handled. The situation became even worse when I questioned the receptionist. I explained that she had already needed to get up twice to unlock an iPad provided by the office. I asked why, instead of fixing the problem, she was proposing a telephone conversation that could compromise my privacy. I also expressed my frustration and questioned whether her unwillingness to continue assisting me was the reason she had suggested this alternative. At that point, I expected a professional explanation, an apology for the inconvenience, or a reasonable solution. Perhaps a paper form, another functioning device, or a private area where I could provide the necessary information. Instead, her response was: "YOU CAN LEAVE THE OFFICE." Seriously? A patient arrives for a healthcare appointment, experiences repeated problems with the office's own equipment, raises legitimate concerns about medical confidentiality, and is then told to leave? I found that response incredibly disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I told her that I could certainly leave, but that I would also share my experience publicly through an honest review. And that is exactly what happened: I left the office without receiving the chiropractic treatment I had scheduled. What bothers me most is not the malfunctioning iPad. Technology sometimes fails. What bothers me is the apparent lack of problem-solving skills, the poor customer service, the dismissive attitude, and the failure to offer a reasonable alternative when I expressed concerns about my privacy. A healthcare facility should make patients feel respected, listened to, and protected. Patients should not feel pressured to discuss sensitive medical information in a public waiting area simply because the office cannot keep its registration equipment functioning properly. And they certainly should not be told to leave simply because they question a procedure they believe is inappropriate. I want to make it clear that this review concerns my experience with the front desk staff and administrative procedures. I never received treatment, so I cannot evaluate the chiropractor's clinical abilities. However, the front desk is the first point of contact for patients, and the way patients are treated there reflects directly on the overall experience of the practice. Stay away From this Place.

They lack professionalism and compassion, and they seem to have an overall disdain for their patients. I came in for some knee pain, and Dr. Patel saw me for all of 3 minutes to discuss my MRI report. He seemed to be exasperated with my questions, and spoke to me in a condescending tone throughout the entire visit. He recommended a PRP injection, and when I asked for a quote, a nurse said it would be around $2,000. When I called back to confirm the cost before making an appointment, I was told by someone in his office over the phone that the cost would be $8,500. When questioned on why there was such a large discrepancy, the woman over the phone rudely cut me off and provided a completely nonsensical explanation. I continued to ask for clarification as she was making no sense, and she repeated the same illogical reasoning in an increasingly annoyed tone. Do not come here if you expect to be treated like a human being. I came into this office in pain, hoping to walk out with an actionable treatment plan to alleviate my symptoms, and instead I walked out feeling belittled, confused, and unheard.
