Glad we did, I've now called them about 10 times, and I've never been disappointed. James and Abe respond quickly, show up when they say they will, and work hard and fast, all at a reasonable price. (Call GotJunk if you want to see unreasonable...) When the house sold and we moved to Morgan Hill, that generated the next batch of work for James, and he always came through. Among other things, they are experts at dealing with the legal disposal of hazardous waste, paint and such, and I had accumulated quite a lot over the years. This company performs a wide variety of other services, and have a diverse fleet of vehicles to handle every situation I've requested. Glad I found these guys. He is also an excellent communicator and gets right back to you by text. You can pay him using a credit or debit card which is convenient. Used James Hauling to move a 32 foot travel trailer and he did an amazing job. What made it so amazing was the single lane dirt narrow road - mountain on one side and drop off hill side on the other. Then he backed it into a spot that was just as narrow and the place he moved it from. Rates were a bit steep but the job wasn't easy so who could argue. I recently hired James to tow a 23' travel trailer from San Jose to San Mateo - His services are 5 STAR! I called James and we discussed what/where/when I need a travel trailer towed and agreed on a price. The following day he showed up on time, prepared with the correct towing attachments and off we went. He followed all towing laws and never exceeded the 55 mph speed limit, he was very careful with my trailer. Upon arrival at the final location he backed the trailer into a tight spot without any problem (this man knows how to back up a trailer!) We settled up and off he went.
