Dr. Litrel has taken excellent care of me for almost 10 years now. He was the first GYN doctor in more than 15 years to actually listen to me concerns and my cry for help when I was in chronic pain. Previous doctors continued to state that it was normal to be in so much pain as a woman. He has been so patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout these 10 years. I'm happy God placed in the right place to help and serve others. The office staff is amazing as well. You are given an adequate time for scheduling your appointment. Once you arrive, you are greeted well and taking back almost immediately without having to sit and waste so much of your time.

You can tell each of these doctors are trying to rush you out of there. I understand that doctors get behind, the problem was- no one communicated this to me. I checked after I had been waiting about 20 minutes to make sure I had my appointment time right. That would have been the perfect opportunity to let me know they're running an hour and a half behind. Then, the doctor saw me leaving, said nothing besides "so I'm going to the next room?". The office manager asked if I needed help and I told her I had been waiting an hour and a half and I would like my records. She apologized and that was it. The communication, wait time and lack of concern about a patient leaving the practice shows me exactly how important their patients are.

My experience with the latter, including Dr Payne's office, is that medical professionals assume that no one has caller ID and when they claim to have called the number you provided and left a message they expect you to trust "god", cause that what doctors believe anyway. I advocate for seniors and the disabled and happen to be out here to help my mom. It took longer than necessary, and me stopping by the doctor's office, to get any result -- cause I didn't get the alleged message she left. Please Atlanta medical professionals, work on ethical behavior and stop the little white lies. I will catch you in them.

Dr Karroll Payne MD and staff are awesome! They made a first time mom like me feel very relaxed…read more Even early in the morning everyone is so bright and cheerful! Dr. Payne answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. She always asks - do you have any more questions? Which lets me know she wants me to feel comfortable asking .... I called once because the bf read some stupid "fact" online, but of course I panicked! The staff told me that the "fact" was indeed silly but told me to come in for an ultrasound anyway, if that what would put my mind at ease. Well I did come in, everything was fine, and I can laugh about it now. But I'm glad they were there for me and were 100% supportive. I would have felt so hurt if they didn't take my concerns seriously. I hate to say that Dr. Payne will not be delivering my baby as I am moving back to San Diego. I highly recommend her and I wish she would fly to SD just for me ... A girl could only wish!!

He recommended Dr Julie Fryman. She's changed my life!! I actually sleep and dream!' Cognitive issues slowly getting better and i feel like a new person. I do not recall who delivered my grandson, but my daughter and grandson were in good hands. She is now expecting my second grandchild and came in to see Dr. McDaniel. She and her fiancé were asked a VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable question. I will not say it on here, but we will be calling to file a complaint. It is a shame that you go in to be seen, expecting professionalism and humanism, only to be disrespected because you are young. They brushed it off, but this doctor needs to be dealt with.
