The front office representatives have been sweet to me. The gynecologist I saw first was Catherine Green. Her and her nurse assistant was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. She's the one who gave me options for a laparoscopy since she highly suspects I have endometriosis. HOWEVER, my second visit is what was frustrating. I saw Dr. Haley. Probably one of the biggest dismissive jerks there. Even with thoroughly describing what I've been through and my following appointment, he claimed I was not "articulate and didn't know what I wanted". Hey pal, that's your job. It's to help me navigate what step to take to help lessen the excruciating pain I'm in most of the time. Do not see this guy; will be passive aggressive in your health summaries as well and claim things you did not say. Be very careful about who you see and always be very adamant about your concerns, no matter what a female or male doctor will say. It's their job to help you even if you "don't know what you want".

This man made me feel like a total failure as a woman and did not think to communicate with me as a married woman, many things that should have been discussed and he made a predetermined decision about who I was based on the questionnaire that you're asked to fill out before you become a patient. I went to this practice because my daughter-in-law had great things to say about the practice because she used them for her prenatal care and delivery of my grand daughter. My rating and review is on the one doctor. I can't say about the rest of the practice because I won't be going back.

I brought in my 82 year old aunt (who had numerous issues) to get her on hormones. Dr. Kenner treated her so kindly and I can say her physical well being has improved since starting hormone treatment. I called when I got there & during the time I was waiting in my car, I saw at least 3 women park, get out of the car, & go in without a call. When we got inside, my appointment was rushed. I didn't have enough time to even finish two pages of paperwork before I was being called back. The Dr I saw, Dr Kenner, was very dismissive of any questions or concerns I had. Honestly she was very insulting when she refused to answer some of my questions & then told me she could "just tell I was one of THOSE people" (this is my first pregnancy. The question I asked was about a combined spinal block & epidural - she refused to answer. I then picked up a magazine in her office which explained to me what it was. My husband also made a comment about something on a poster in her office - which she said wasn't true information.... The ultrasound was very fast & I had no time to ask questions. Do not come here if you would like a holistic birth because I was informed I'd be confided to my back only, not allowed to eat, in the bed. Do any amount of research & you will see why this is a red flag. I came back for one more visit ONLY because it was already previously scheduled & I wanted to see the baby & get the blood work done. (She gave me no choice in the blood work, by the way) The ultrasound tech was much nicer than Dr Kenner, however she informed us of gender before 13 weeks, which is illegal in some places to tell gender that soon because it is far too early. I ended up getting a second opinion on the ultrasound & what she told us was a penis was not in fact a penis. I could go on & on about this place.... just avoid it.

Postoperative incision concerns were repeatedly reported but not addressed in a timely or effective manner. I ultimately had to seek care outside of this practice to receive proper treatment. This experience caused unnecessary pain, stress, and a prolonged recovery. I would strongly encourage patients to ask detailed questions about pain management and how complications are handled before choosing this practice.

He gave her a thorough exam and got her into Northside Atlanta hospital for a session that had her up and walking in short order. We could never have found him on our own. Nothing but the best! I understand that doctors get behind, the problem was- no one communicated this to me. I checked after I had been waiting about 20 minutes to make sure I had my appointment time right. That would have been the perfect opportunity to let me know they're running an hour and a half behind. Then, the doctor saw me leaving, said nothing besides "so I'm going to the next room?". The office manager asked if I needed help and I told her I had been waiting an hour and a half and I would like my records. She apologized and that was it. The communication, wait time and lack of concern about a patient leaving the practice shows me exactly how important their patients are.
