The receptionist even felt bad. Once Alyssa finally came in she did not apologize but came in rudely and made excuses as well as not conducting any procedures I was sent to her for. She seemed like she only cares about getting my money and making me leave. I would never recommend someone to go to her after my experience. I wish someone warned me.

I understand that doctors get behind, the problem was- no one communicated this to me. I checked after I had been waiting about 20 minutes to make sure I had my appointment time right. That would have been the perfect opportunity to let me know they're running an hour and a half behind. Then, the doctor saw me leaving, said nothing besides "so I'm going to the next room?". The office manager asked if I needed help and I told her I had been waiting an hour and a half and I would like my records. She apologized and that was it. The communication, wait time and lack of concern about a patient leaving the practice shows me exactly how important their patients are.

I do not recall who delivered my grandson, but my daughter and grandson were in good hands. She is now expecting my second grandchild and came in to see Dr. McDaniel. She and her fiancé were asked a VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable question. I will not say it on here, but we will be calling to file a complaint. It is a shame that you go in to be seen, expecting professionalism and humanism, only to be disrespected because you are young. They brushed it off, but this doctor needs to be dealt with.

It really helps those of us who really can't take time off during the week or have already met our max time off for doctor visits. I came on a referral from a coworker after having a horrible experience at Emory. Dr. Ghandi was so friendly and really empathized my previous visit with the other hospital. I really enjoyed her and the nurse during my visit. They made me comfortable and didn't make me feel like an idiot (as most people can easily do). Thank you, I will be back.

The first few times i went to this office were fantastic! I changed drs after a year because the…read moreone I was seeing left the practice. This is when the trouble started. I know emergencies come up and drs have very crazy hrs but 3 different times I was left waiting in the waiting room over an hour because my dr wasn't there. I received no call and even after checking in at the desk I was not told this. Then after sitting in a room for 45 min we were finally told our dr was in surgery. Which would've been completely understandable but I took an afternoon off work and they had the audacity to ask me to reschedule after waiting all that time. The nurses in the office are great but the office staff clearly have some communication issues and the front desk manager jenny is very very rude and unprofessional. We went through one of the most difficult times of our lives losing our baby after 12 weeks and got absolutely no consideration and were treated very rudely. Again the dr was ok and the nursing staff was great but how u r treated when u enter and exit the office is also important to the overall experience and simply put...we will NOT be back!
