I was harassed by the owners to the point I had to involve the police and get a lawyer and more security camera. They came yelling at my door and windows because they didn't like being told that you pick up stuff not just go around it and throw it somewhere else on the property as well as video from other owners of them doing it too. I have video of these people also breaking my window screen and have lied about replacing it and it's been broken since December 2021 and it's now 2022 ( I still have the broken screen). They violated my rights as an owner . Tried to tell us that we couldn't have cameras or pictures even if it's our security camera. Hopefully you have a good lawyer if your hiring these human.

They respond to inquiries within 10 minutes if not less. I've even had them get back to me on Federal holidays when I wasn't expecting a response until later that week. We use them for mulch every season, for multiple lawn cleanings at the home we used to live at on Prospect St Andover, leaf removal every season, and large landscaping projects at our prior and current residences. They always do a great job and work start to finish without delays. I honestly don't even get prices from anyone else at this point. Tim will ask me what I want and what my budget is and then tells me what he can accomplish in that price range. It always looks better than what I imagined. Can't recommend them enough! The pics attached are from our most recent project at a rental property we needed cleaned up. The place was surrounded by beautiful bushes but completely overgrown and we needed to make it simple. It looks completely refreshed now. They completed this work 8/31/2026

Couldn't see at first because the loam was dark, but after it was spread all over the lawn and started to dry out you could see lots of chards of glass and pieces of broken beer bottles. Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right.
