There were several iterations of updates that a simple phone call could have resolved. My attorney also decided to take a vacation and did not contact me no call no email or attend the closing! I found out from the title company when they had questions!! I had to handle the closing details and answer questions on my own!! I don't know exactly what they charged me for?? Read before signing the old rule applies here. Through 90% of the process I only got email communication very unprofessional. My realtor will not be recommending them either.
