The saga continues when I call the office and say what is happening and that's when I keep getting transferred more then 8 times to the point where I ask for a live person and they still couldn't get me one and said she will call back and then doesn't! Ext day I call and say what happened again and said I need to have a live person now and they ok she's available and then transfer me to the wrong office I call back and they say oh sorry for that then send me to her line and of course answering machine!! Finally I was like I need a manager and does that help no!! She was the worse out of everything she was never available and when she was she ends up calling three to four hours later when I specifically told the receptionist " if I can't speak with her now then I need her to call within the hour I can't be sitting next to phone I need to work and this office has wasted enough of my time" the receptionist says "she will call you right back" No call three hours later she had called and so I go to call back and the receptionist says she sent you an email stating we tried to reach you and we can no longer take you as a client!! I was in shock!! Luckily I recorded all the phone calls so if I can ever get away to contact steve directly I would live for him to hear them and how I was wrongfully treated and just passed around like this office just want my quick consult fee and then to move on!

From the Caribbean to Maine, the worst boatyard operating today…read more My dinghy and motor were stolen while in their possession. They subcontracted the bottom sanding and painting. Did not follow my instructions; they did not even sand the bottom prior to painting; it's guaranteed to fail. They serviced the engine, including the impeller; then overheated the motor. They then replaced the impeller a second time - which works fine - but charged me for the re-do. They also overfilled the engine and generator with oil. They overfilled the coolant on the generator. They under filled the engine coolant by more than a liter. They left the Turbo exhaust hose clamp loose and leaking. Then charged me 8.5 hours for sea trial and quality control. There is more, but you get the idea... Poor maintenance. No supervision. No quality control. And for all this premium boatyard experience, they delivered the boat 8 weeks late - half the cruising season in Maine! Lyman-Morse: the worst of the worst!
