He paid no taxes, and 0 upkeep on the house, which was part of the estate. Through legal means and rewriting from the original executors he stole the property that he never paid taxes on or did upkeep. Tim Hall had a conflict of interest, when he drew up the trust because he was doing it for family. His sister has Alzheimer's, and through rewrites and his legal means he is taking the property from the original executors of the trust. Now i have a large beneficiary check, but unsure on the specifics to creating a new trust account and how to cash it out. It would be nice to of received a little financial guidance but i ask that is now offered in this firm. Update: 5/20 - the bank told me that they should of given me more specific instructions and that i should see another lawyer. Wonderful.... Update 5/24 - ok well i went to Fidelity and they straightened it out for me. This just has been stressful, i wish Morris Hall just gave me some direction and it didn't take so long.
