Brian and Kevin both reached out to make sure everything was alright, and offered a steep discount for the delay. They do take pride in their work, and the crews all seem to know their stuff. Did not like the blip in service, but they stood behind their work and took the time to make it right. Concerned. Initially very happy w the quality of work and appearance enhancement w the outdoor lighting. Late in first year, system starting acting funky, breaker trips on rainy days, hours of operation off. Just over a year, it has gone dark. Called Kevin to resolve. Told it would be a couple of days to be onsite. One week later, no show. Called again and got VM. Kevin left me a VM saying oops, be out that day or next. 3 days later, no show. Called again, VM. No response. Couple of days more, another VM, still no contact or repair.
