Cant do much in his Vallejo office. Gotta go to Concord area, medical history form that is so tiny you cannot read it or fill it out. Charged me over $100 for doing absolutely nothing. read more

I have been a patient for approx. 10 years, and I have one comment.... excellent treatment by the staff over the years, and now currently. Marcella, the hygienist, is the best....I almost wish that she were a bit lax--but, that wouldn't be in my best interest. Bonella Marcotte read more

Referred by a co-worker. Sat with Dr. Prigmore about my plan to have implants, caps, fillings, whitening and braces or invizilines. With this understanding, the Dr. then began and finished the implant procedure. After paying for and living with the implant for two years, the crown broke. As a Vet, I went to the VA to have I repaired and was informed that the straightening process has to occur BEFORE the implant procedure because the implants don't move! If I wasn't a Vet, I would be out of much more than just the thousands I spent with Prigmore office. Just a heads up to those going through my situation. read more

By far the worst dentist I have ever had or had the misfortunate to know. Initially I was started on Invisalign treatment (that I never needed) so they could gauge my insurance for money and took a fat co-pay for me. After 6 months of being on it, they found out that it was spreading my teeth further instead of bringing them closer. Then he gave me composite bonding for my teeth, which is what I initially asked for, free of charge because of his error. However, he used the wrong shade and gave me yellower, darker teeth on both sides and told me to come back another day to fix it because he was too lazy then. During this procedure, i was in pain and he ignored me saying I should have been numbed. If I am in pain, then obviously I am not numbed sufficiently or he missed with his injection. He shaved off the back of my tooth that still has permanent nerve pain, and the composite he gave me chipped in a week. Worst, shittiest experience with the shittiest dentist. He does not care for you, only his $$. read more

We started with my grandma, then my dad, and now our whole family. The service is good, and the staff is great. The only compliant I would have to say is sometimes the staff is a little to eager to book your next appointment. But hey, that is just their job! Dr Redd, is the orthodontist upstairs that is also great!! read more

We've seen Dr. Prigmore twice now, both for same day tooth extraction extractions. The dentist and his staff are so kind and extremely helpful. Dr. Prigmore is so gentle and empathetic. You can tell he wants to help his patients. Latoya is the first person I spoke with when calling and she makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. She even was able to help on a Sunday by sending in a prescription for antibiotics and scheduling an emergency appointment for the next morning. Thank you guys for all of your patience and hard work! read more

My family and I love the staff and their service. They are efficient, kind, and really care about you as a person. It feels very relaxing and comfortable from filling out forms, to exams and xrays, to detail cleaning, and quick work for other needed dental work. I personally hate, hate, hate needles and Dr.Prigmore was super quick and had injected whatever it was to numb my mouth for my very first and only filling, and I had no time to shed a tear. I really appreciated it, being a grown adult and balling my eyes out because of a needle would be a bit embarrassing haha read more

Dr Pridmore & his excellent crew have steered me through some seriously rough waters over the last few years, including immediate response to a few after-hours emergencies. If you've ever tried to get treatment for a tooth that's suddenly exploding with pain in the in the early morning hours of any weekend, you know how important- and how rare- that really is. Happily, thanks to hygienist Marcella's regular coaching, encouraging, teaching & cleaning, I haven't had to wake anyone up recently; thanks to LaToya, dental appointments always fit in with my schedule & budget; thanks to Dr .Pridmore, I still almost all of my teeth.
