Lisa was awesome. She took good care of me and my teeth. Educated me on the importance of healthy…read moreteeth. Positive attitude. Overall very pleasant experience.

Terrible experience from first day. Gave me a tooth extraction because my tooth broke. Tooth next…read moreto it had a cavity. But they were going to do when the put I the new post and crown. The crown was too big. The dentist forced it in and when I couldn't bite down she grinned down the tooth from the inside of my mouth. but seemed annoyed at it. Her personality changed in a flash. Meanwhile by the way they claimed my insurance did not cover it so I had to get a card to pay the 3k. Which was not true. The only out in for an exam and X-rays and a cleaning. By the way cavity was never filled. From the day it was put in something just did not feel right. It was soar for weeks but tolerable. Still doesn't feel right. I was told inside the gum had to heal. 2 months later I got a terrible pain. Went into see them and told them it was coming from the tooth next to it. I was told no the nerves in the other tooth are not heeled yet.. but she insisted it was the nerves. I told them I think it's the cavity that was never filled. Suddenly I needed a root canal. But this time it was 2k. The dentist gave me a women who seemed edgy and said don't worry her hand are my hands. Needless to say she drilled my tooth until the novacaine wore off. She seemed annoyed when I told her. Then they said I have a calcium deposit. That's understandable. I need to go to a specialist. By the way, they charged that card account another 1000k. Why? Idk. I did some research. My insurance was never charged for the cavity. And... only charged the first visit for a check up and X-rays. Slot of the work they had done was covered. I went back to my old dentist in the next state. Turns out I didn't need the "root canal". I went in told her my story. Insisted she had done it. She begrudgingly filled it. I told her I'll sign what I need to do you are not responsible for filling it in. Suddenly after 2 calls my card was charged back the 1000k. They badgered me for months for a cleaning. After I told them I dyill have a cavity to fix. Call after call text after text. It was crazy. Scheduling me for visits I tell them I can not make and I will call them back. Then sending me a text to remind me of my appointment. I bought my daughter here the first time I went. They tried to sell my husband Invisalign's. Meanwhile she just got her braces removed 6 months before? When she heard that my husband said she had no response. Then the teeth whitening. On and on. Just in one visit? Badgering her also for cleanings. Not even the cavity had been filled that she had because my husband would not take her back there. The insurance guy behind the desk is something else. The receptionist told me it's a revolving door. They can't keep anyone. That should tell you something. All these reviews? They are all forced on you at the first visit. The pressure you to do it and give you a cup to say thanks. They lie about insurance coverage. Charge you a very costly amount. Make you feel like you have to. And it's the only way. Scam artists in every single way.
