Ontop of all that, I have emails from Trex stating the my deck is not fully covered under the warranty because of specific guidelines not followed. It has cost me double the money to have someone else remove his boards and install them correctly and professionally. If you want my opinion, hire a Trex Platinum or Trex Gold installer. Trex will insure the work they do and make sure it is done correctly. You may pay slightly more, but trust me, you don't want to go through the same headache as we did.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - We recently had a fence installed by this company around a brand new…read morepool that was installed earlier this year. I met with Eric (the owner) numerous times before the install to discuss exactly how the fence will be installed. He talked me into doing the fence a certain way (against my better judgement and what i really wanted). After months of waiting, the installer finally came to build the fence and it was built completely wrong and every single pole was crooked, misaligned or uneven. Many of the screws were half screwed in and the powder coating was chipped off. My 10 year old daughter even noticed how bad it was and said she could have done it better. The design was completely different than what was discussed and they left all the dirt in mounds across the lawn that was freshly seeded not 3 weeks prior. We had to clean it up so the grass would not die. We paid him in cash and he gave us a whole $100 off the price that already seemed high compared to neighbors that recently had a fence installed... I reached out to Eric and asked him to come fix the fence. He acted aloof and said he did not see anything wrong with it other than a few misaligned poles and that he told the installer to fix them (which he didn't). It took many tries for him to even respond to me and agree it needed fixing. He sent his installer out to look at the fence. Long story short, they took another 2 months to even fix the fence, because clearly we were not a priority and they left the fence open on one side for a month and still did it wrong even after a second agreement over text message as to how it should have been done like we originally discussed. Eric was nothing but a pompous jerk to me and my wife at this point and was clearly too busy to take care of his mistakes. I told him that if he took care of the fence in a timely manner i would still recommend him for future jobs, because i understand mistakes happen. That did not seem to motivate him at all. I saved all the texts and emails just in case anyone wants proof of his antics and attitude. As a small business owner, I am blown away as to how Eric does business and hope that he learns how to treat his customers. I will now have to pay another company to come fix his mistakes, because he now refuses to respond.
