I met Todd Boston 2 years ago at Longhorns and was impressed by his character and knowledge of masonry. I also researched his work online and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to allow him to give me an estimate. I was very pleased with the work ethic because he and his crew worked a full day while cleaning up each day swiftly They we're very mannerable and went beyond the call of duty. I decided to cook lunch for them one day which was spaghetti and garlic bread. I would recommend Todd Boston to do this job for others. BUYER BEWARE. DON'T FALL FOR HIS FAKE CHRISTIAN SPILL. POOR QUALITY. Tony K. did a couple of…read morehandyman jobs like replacing toilet ring, tightening front door closing, and hot water tank replacement. Every task had to be re-fixed by a professional. Please don't pay him before the job is done. We allowed him to talk us into allowing him to replace our vinyl siding at a home remodel that we're planning on moving into. He assured us that it would be him and a guy or two. Tony said he would be there everyday. He never would show up to the hpuse except to pay the two hispanic guys. The guys ended up using white caulk and taking the clear caulk, that we purchased for the project. It was brought Tony's attention and he lied and said in a couple of hours the white caulk will turn clear. It was taken from the job site. We actually purchased the multiple tubes of clear caulk, ourselves, along with all of the needed supplies. It looks awful. We'll end up having to rip up the caulk and replace it all with clear caulk. Tony begged and begged us to pay him half and total cost everyday even though we bought all the materials amd the job was not complete. We finally paid Tony after his pity speech. The siding job is still not finished. He still refuses to finish the siding, in writing. We're still debating what next steps we'll take. Please do not trust Tony Kaelin, Anthony Kaelin, Kaelin Property Solutions (card he gave us).

He did a great job, in a timely manner, sharing before and after photos with me throughout the process. More recently, I contacted Kendall again for tuckpointing and exterior waterproofing work on our 100+ year old home. Again he came through - promptly providing an estimate, starting on the agreed upon date, and finishing the work within the estimated time frame. The work looks seamless against the existing brickwork that wasn't included in the scope of work and I know I'll call Kendall again if additional masonry work is required (as I'm sure it will be).

I chose him because he convinced me that he did it the right way and that he took pride in his work. We paid him the full amount because he was very intimidating and threatening to me and my wife. I told Kendall that he was paid the full amount because my wife and I were concerned about our safety and not because it was a job well done.
