Massage therapy has been a vital component of my medical health and wellness regimen for over…read moretwenty years. During that time, I have experienced hundreds of therapeutic massage sessions with massage therapists in CNY, other U.S. states and several foreign countries. Kat has been my massage therapist for about a year, and, for me, she represents the "gold standard" among therapists! By the end of my first session I knew I had found someone special who was intensely client-focused and truly passionate about her work. She is unique - an exceptionally talented professional with a very pleasant and welcoming personality! If I had to pick Kat's single greatest attribute, it is probably her highly-refined intuition. I can't think of another therapist who is so in synch with me as a client that she always picks the right pressure, modality, temperature and music. By my third or fourth session with Kat, I told her that I trusted her completely and there was no need for her to continue her courteous practice of checking periodically to make sure I was comfortable. I rarely write online reviews, so on the rare occasion when I do, it's because I really feel strongly about the person or business I am reviewing. In this case, it's a joy to write a positive and unqualified review for an extraordinary individual. If there was ever a person who was truly meant to be a massage therapist, Kat is that person. Give her a chance and I am confident that you will become a fan too!

He is usually booked solid well in advance, but don't let the wait time deter you. He has 60 and 90 minute massage options, as well as an on-site infrared sauna. Multiple session packages are available at a discounted rate, as well as monthly subscriptions. Currently I have my treatments with him booked out for the upcoming 7 months in order to have my preferred time slots. He also has a great response time for messaging and can sometimes work with other clients to swap time slots if an unexpected time conflict arises. Having visited over a dozen different massage therapists prior, his strength and techniques offer me a far greater release of tension than anyone else. An ongoing medical condition impacts my muscles, and he is very adaptable when my muscles behave differently from one session to the next.

I booked a 60 minute foot massage for both me and my husband under the couples option. Upon arrival we were escorted into a room complete with two lovely huge chairs that went all the way back so that we could lie down. But First, I seated on an ottoman and I was given a pillow to put on my lap and given a back massage as well as neck and scalp. This was while my feet were soaking in a basin of hot water. After that, I was able to lie down on a very comfortable massage chair with my legs up on an Otterman. The foot and leg rub was great. Towards the end, they used hot stones. Lastly, my feet and legs were cleaned up with towels to make sure we didn't slip when we got up. A really positive experience. The two masseuses, Jack and Wendy were lovely and very welcoming. I would definitely go back, in fact I plan on it.

I have been working with Amanda for about 2 x per week for 2 weeks for cervical disc herniation as well as a multitude of severe back spasms, tightness and excruciating pain. To say that she has the gift of healing through just hands. She is absolutely amazing! Her work on me has included cupping as well as deep tissue massage. I've been to just about every spa and other specialty massage businesses, but I can honestly say that not one could compare to what Amanda has to offer. She is so in tune to where your body needs the most work and provides just the right treatment to those areas. She has helped me tremendously thus far. I'm so thankful to have found her. As a side, I must add that the first few times I went to Timeless Massage I worked with Mame, who is also fantastic herself! I started working with Amanda because she offers cupping, whereas Mame does not. However, I would highly recommend Mame as well if you are not interested in cupping. All in all, I highly recommend Timeless Massage. You cannot go wrong with whichever practitioner you choose. Try it. I promise, you will not be disappointed.
