Within a few weeks I noticed the back door would not lock and the doorknob would not stay attached and kept falling off. I courteously reached out (via text) on 1/7/23 to him to come repair the problem- No response!! I later reached out by phone and left a voice message- again, No response!! I reached out a second time (via text) on 1/19/23- again NO RESPONSE!! I reached out a 3rd time via text on 1/24/23 (not so nice this time)- again NO RESPONSE. Bottom line... DON'T use Alex's Locksmith service. Especially if you need any type of follow up on his work. You will be left disappointed and your back door knob literally falling off every time you try to close it.

Very bad experience !!!What it should be a 65dollars service call it turn into a300 dollars bill…read morewith no results. On November the 10th my wife tried to turn on our central heater and horrible burning smell came on. So I call Adco to come and check my unit. They came they replace 2 connectors that 205 dollars because they charge 98 dollars and hour and they wanted to replace the termostat in the wall that will be another 150. I told them not I will replace it my self. I went to home depot got the termostat and put it on. Before I turned on the the unit remember it was supposed to OK . I decide to check their work.. What to surprise the breaker was off still. I saw the new connectors but I also saw the burned wires going to the fan. They were just assuming all the possible trouble shootings hopping for me to pay. I call the supervisor Steve and he his guys wouldn't do that. Well they took my money laughing all the way to the bank. Finally I call C&C and they spliced the burned wires for only 65 dollars. Run away from this people specially if you do know nothing about this kind of units

I have been an Adco service customer for several years. Their techs are always prompt, courteous,…read moreand deliver good service. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I needed an early morning appointment time, and was able to set one up so I could meet the tech and then go to an appointment. There was some miscommunication about best number to make the "pre-call" to in order to verify the appointment so I did not get the call on my cell phone and the tech-reasonably-went on to the next call and was not available when I called about the appointment so I called the main office. I spoke with Heather, who was very understanding, courteous, and focused on helping me try and get the tech to my residence so I could head to my business meeting. She coordinate with the tech (JR) and they were able to set an appointment time and arrive so I could proceed with my commitments. I know this might not have been the most efficient path for JR to take for his day, but he and Heather coordinated it in a very workable manner. JR also did a very thorough and excellent job on the annual service and gave some extra "tips" on maintaining an older heat pump system and what an "ideal" new set up would be. This is the type of service that keeps customers loyal and happy! Thanks to JR and Heather-they are both great ambassadors for Adco HVAC!

I called a handful of roofing companies and Audrey with Resistant Roofing was one of the first ones to return my call. I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. I would highly recommend Resistant Roofing!
