The day of surgery I thought he was going to go over size and did not. I told him I didn't want them very big but I did want them to fit my body. After surgery not only were my breasts too large but they were also very low. They were worse than what I had to began with. After about a month during my check up he admitted they had "dropped" and were low and said he would re-do them but it would cost another $2,000. I didn't do it and will get them redone. He also has no bedside manner or concern for his clients. He never suggested other ways he could do the tummy tuck that would have been better after all the weight I lost. He never went through a game plan with me on the best surgery to address the excess skin all over. I was also ripped off $4,000 because after I paid I received an email 2 weeks after my surgery that they were having a special and they wouldn't honor it for me. The woman that handles the payments is horrible, rude and a money hungry, shister. He was my doctor back in 2014 when I underwent a breast augmentation and lift. At the time, as a very busy professional, I was curious about his "one-day recovery method." All went well--his method really did work. I had my surgery, and after a long weekend I was back at work with no issues. After Covid, I began experiencing health issues with my breasts, not related to my implants but rather due to an immune disease I developed. Dr. Epstein was there for me every step of the way, even though my complications had nothing to do with my implants. He always gave me an appointment, took my concerns seriously, and ultimately helped connect me to the right specialist who gave me a proper diagnosis. Earlier this year, I decided to have an explant. Dr. Epstein never hesitated or tried to convince me otherwise--he was fully supportive and performed the surgery himself. I trusted no one else. His in-office medical center is top notch, his staff is incredible, and they always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The surgery went perfectly, and thanks to Dr. Epstein, my breasts look phenomenal--as if I never even had an explant. I'm so happy with the results. More recently, I experienced a flare-up of my immune disease and needed a breast abscess drained. Even though Dr. Epstein was away internationally, he never left me without care. He made sure I was referred to the right doctor immediately and personally arranged for me to be seen and treated. He did it all from miles apart. No doctor does that! My complications have never been his responsibility, yet Dr. Epstein has always stood by my side. His dedication, skill, and compassion go far beyond what anyone could expect from a surgeon. At first, they seemed like they care they take you in a little room and talk to you about what hurts they give you a sheet of paper with exercises to do. They put you on a slab and start stretch stretching you here and there first visit was OK. Second visit. The therapist was busy so the receptionist was giving me exercise exercises and doing stretching for me now when does a receptionist have a license to do that to a person this place is a scam. Do not go.

They touched me to evaluate me but I got NO physical treatment from them. There was no massage, heat, TENS, ultrasound, percussion or anything physical. They gave me printouts that you could find online. If you want someone to actually work on your body go to George or Sinead at Hamptons PT or Annette Marshall. They will do what it takes to fix your body.
