I was here two hours past my appointment time. This was my first visit ever here. I finally got called back to examination area where i sat for another 45 minutes waiting to be seen. While waiting i kept hearing someone in the hall talking on his cell phone having a good ol chat with what sounded to be their buddy. It turned out this was my Doctor. So instead of seeing patients he was yacking on his cell phone.Then to top it off he only saw me for 30 seconds. He made me feel like because im not a $300,000 surgical case i wasnt worth his time. Then when he left the exam room and went to his office to dictated my medical info he left his office door open and spoke so loudly everyone in the patient exam areas could hear what he was saying about my personal info. read more

Was told they would send a note back to nurse. After an hour (it was now 4:30) I called and asked if I needed to go somewhere else since they stop testing at 4. Her reply - well you didn't say you were sitting here. What?!! I said you told me to be here by 4 and maybe you should ask when someone calls and says that! Note on door says to call and not come in if you have symptoms. If you call don't forget to say "I'm sitting in my car" because they will let you sit there for hours if you don't. Or maybe next time I'll just walk right in! Except there will not be a next time. Never.

My lithotripsy did not work, I had a stone blocking one ureter, had to go back to the ER in Little Rock, they got in touch with Dr Hollenbach. I got scheduled for a laser surgery with stent placement in Hot Springs in just a few days and got immediate relief after that. I agree with others that the office/phone/staff communication could be better, but you have to be your own advocate and be persistent.

After months of anxiety and horrendous pain, I finally gave in and made my first appointment with Healthy Connections Dental Clinic. Thanks to the sweet, wonderful receptionist (the one with short dark hair whose desk is right by the front door), I was able to get in that very same day--on Christmas Eve! Within five minutes of being there and meeting the staff, I knew this was the right place for me... I only wish I had gone sooner! Dr. Goodson is truly amazing--she's incredibly kind, gentle, and calming. She made me feel at ease every step of the way, even when I had to get a filling and a tooth extraction (both of which I had been dreading).
