She knew exactly where to look but she didn't know which imaging to order and as a result I had constant pain and couldn't turn my head or look down for another five years with more and more narcotics and other drugs every year and becoming suicidal from the suffering. Numerous useless invasive procedures such as (repeated)nerve burnings, for nothing. Dozens of useless appointments for physical therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, and others. While waiting i kept hearing someone in the hall talking on his cell phone having a good ol chat with what sounded to be their buddy. It turned out this was my Doctor. So instead of seeing patients he was yacking on his cell phone. Then to top it off he only saw me for 30 seconds. He made me feel like because im not a $300,000 surgical case i wasnt worth his time. Then when he left the exam room and went to his office to dictated my medical info he left his office door open and spoke so loudly everyone in the patient exam areas could hear what he was saying about my personal info.

I've been bringing my wife here each week for her scheduled procedures…read more Normally we have gone to the location off University Ave in Little Rock but I guess her Doctor switched locations. Every week seemed to go perfect until her 1st treatment here at this location. When I picked her up she was very upset and explained how horribly she was treated by one of the nurses (Brittany). I told her to speak with Dr. Roman at her next appointment with him and inform him of what happened. She did exactly that and her last appointment was wonderful and a nurse named Liz took phenomenal care of her. Nurses are so vital right now and those RN's who choose to be unprofessional and rude to their patients only do a disservice to the profession. The rest of the staff have been great as well and very helpful. I even stopped by their cafeteria while I waited and had breakfast which didn't disappoint. Thank you to Dr. Roman for taking such great care of your patients and seeing to it they have the best nurses to care for them. I don't know who this Brittany lady is but she clearly has no business being a nurse and at best belongs in a urgent care facility taking urine samples for drug screens.

Dr. Teri Jeffers saved my life and still is keeping me as health as I can be. To make a long story short of my background. 2008 and 2010, I had two children, both at 6 months. I began to have a lot of real serious breathing problems. I would say in about a couple of years I gained life back that I did not know I would ever see. Dr. Jeffers found a couple of serious lifelong issues that no one even tested me for. I never ever been turned away in any time of need. Staff is the best; I never knew I could be cared for by a group of medical staff like I am even till this day. Dr. Teri Jeffers does not stop until all tests been ran and all the proper Specials are involved. Dr. Jeffers cares for her patients start to finish.
