They don't…read moreanswer the phone; sometimes you get voicemail and even calls made in the morning are not returned until the end of the day; sometimes the phone is transferred to a call center but the operators have no idea of how long service will take- told me I could wait for the car, but then when I got there, I found out it would take several days. Also, there were several recalls and the dealership never had the parts on hand, meaning that either I would have to go back a second time, or the car would be there several days. Once, when there was a malfunction of a safety system, the service writer tried to deny the feature was on the car, then denied it was malfunctioning. I had to send pictures from Google! Ended up there four days to get sorted. The pickup area is filthy with candy and food wrappers and half empty water bottles on the floor or stuffed inside tire displays. They also do not wash the car unless you remind them, and twice it was done so badly that they had to redo it. And forget about getting a loaner car. And finally, service is massively overpriced. For that money one should get red carpet service.

Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We've been to many, many dealerships over the years, and this was by far the best experience we've ever had. Ben not only got us the exact car we were looking for, but somehow delivered even more than we expected, all at a very fair price. The entire dealership deserves credit too. Everyone we interacted with, including the manager, was welcoming, helpful, and easy to work with. You can tell they run a tight, customer-first operation. They really go above and beyond. From refreshments to branded merchandise, they make the whole process feel like a premium experience, not just a transaction. It honestly felt more like being taken care of than being "sold" something. The location is also super convenient, easy to get to, and there's plenty of parking which makes a big difference. Going forward, I won't be going anywhere else. I'll be getting all of my future cars from Ben. Highly recommend.

For a luxury brand that prides itself on quality and customer care, this was unacceptable. Not only was the problem with the window serious and unsafe, but the dismissive attitude and unwillingness to help made the experience even worse. When you purchase a Land Rover, you expect reliable service and proper customer care -- unfortunately, Southampton failed on both fronts. They told me to go up Island over and hour to get it fixed.
