I wanted not only the bathroom tested but my whole house tested for mold because black mold is how I ended up on dialysis for almost 16 years. Jeff came out and greeted with me with a smile, and instantly put me at ease. He is such a friendly and caring person who didn't just come to rip me off. He helped me understand what causes mold and how to prevent anything from starting. I haven't gotten the results and will not until next week, but I feel great about having pure maintenance come and do the test testing. Whether I need the removal or not, I am happy that I called them because it means my peace of mind. The small amount I paid for the inspection was well worth it. I suggest having them come out if you have any mold, long-term sickness, or just wanna make sure your house is free of bad mold for your own piece of mind. Thank you Jeff.

They were supposed to be here at 8am. I called at 8:30am and asked where they were. The gal had to check, and came back and gave me some song and dance about the software and scheduling (sure, sure...not my problem), so I wasted a whole day's schedule, and rearranged my appointments for nothing. No, I am not giving them a second chance b/c I don't have 6 hour chunks of time to plan around. Very unprofessional.

On a referral from Earl Snider with Snider Construction, I recently called Service Master…read moreRestoration Service out to take a look at a water leak for a home buyer I represented. Literally a few hours after we closed the deal, the home buyer noticed the leak coming from an exterior soffit underneath the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The seller had replaced the dishwasher but his nephew failed to secure the water line connection. The connection had been slowly leaking for several weeks where no one was able to detect it. Jeremy with Service Master arrived several minutes early for the appointment, quickly identified the issue and had answers for the buyer and I in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He tested moisture levels in the areas where the leak had run from the dishwasher to the exterior of the home and informed us of safe vs potentially harmful moisture levels in regards to potential mold growth in different building materials. He then gave us advice on how to address borderline levels and what to do if the issue comes back and/or gets worse. The best part of this whole experience is that it didn't cost my client a dime! Service Masters came out and did this all for free, and gave excellent customer service the whole way through. I will definitely call on them again in the future when issues like this arise!
