Wear and tear absolutely but my problem was the gemstone was not the same when I got it back. They had me convinced nothing was wrong with it until I wore it for a day then went to another place to have it evaluated. It's not in the same condition. You need to heat a stone like this up to 500° to get it to change to a pink tint. Blaming a customer is wrong. I will only deal with established BBB members from now on. Lesson learned

Additionally- the wedding band engraving, which they send out to a master craftsman who does it by hand (you can't get him on your own, he's not even listed-I searched) is icing on the cake. 10/10
