I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. This young man was able to resize my engagement ring and solder mi wedding band to prevent any dents on the ER. His work was clean and efficient, it took 3 weeks when originally said one week but that wasn't a problem. He also tightened the prongs and cleaned them. They're closed on Monday even though Google says it's open. Will definitely come back for checks and jewelry cleaning and maybe get one custom made piece.
