I been coming to this Dentist clinic for the past years and I never had an issue until a few months ago. My little sibling had a silver crown that was bothering him and we informed the Dentist about it yet they said it was nothing to worry about. We traveled to Mexico to get it checked for him because it kept bothering him and we found out that the silver crown was loose. It had a lot of food stuck between the silver crown and his tooth so they had to take it out, let the tooth rest and then put it back on. My other sibling had another silver tooth, which was not put on right since it was cutting the inside of his tongue. We keep trying to get a hold of the office for the past two days and they are not answering the phone to book an appointment to get it checked out. You guys need to do a better job. read more

I love the actual Dr, she is the best. But one visit I just felt the young lady at the front with a mole on her face came across a bit rude. She didn't acknowledge me whatsoever when I first came in to check in, I walked up to the desk and said I was checking in, perhaps she didn't hear me? But she proceeded to talk about Instagram with another young lady. And when I needed help scheduling it seemed as though she scooted away so i wouldn't speak to her, I was simply trying to see if anyone could help because the young lady on the far right was busy on the phone. Don't waste your time! Initial appointment was scheduled for 12/19. Appointment was reschedule for their first available December 31 . Insurance information was provided during the initial, but still received a call on December 30 to confirm the same details they were already provided. Prior to appointment new patient documents were filled out online. Arrive at office waited 30 minutes without being seen. When a family that arrive 20 minutes after us went back to see the dentist I asked how long the wait would be and they advised five more minutes. We waited a total of 40 minutes without being seen. 15 minutes after leaving the appointment, we received a text message confirming our next appointment for June which we never requested, very shady practice. My son had a dental procedure scheduled for 11:45am. Pretty late in the day already, if you ask me. I was told not to feed my child or give him food 8hours prior to the appointment. Ok, done. Up above in the heavens my prayers have been answered!!! I have finally found a dentist office for my son and his amazing gag reflex. I have been to at least six dentist and not one person could help. We have been referred so many times, I'm was just going threw the motion. First, Its a really neat and a kid friendly office once your inside. Any kid wouldn't mind coming here to play video games or watch movies on a movie screen. I'm not sure on how long this location has been here, But its a diamond in the rough. Of course my son was scared because of the many failed attempts from summit dental, My first tooth doctor, Mint and etc. I can tell you love your job. I've been taking my now 2 year old to jamboree dentistry since my baby could start going to the dentist. It's a very kid friendly decorated place. My daughter loves to look around and always does well while there. All the dentists and dental assistance I've met have been very kind and when scheduling appointments whoever is at the desk is very helpful. I've been going since before Covid and still during Covid times right now. They are doing well with precautions. With the checking temperatures wearing gloves and facemask. I was having a hard time finding a pediatric dentist near me here in Pearland so I decided to give this one a try since they had good reviews and accepted my insurance. I will say I was nervous about the neighborhood but I decided to take a chance. I called maybe 5 times to try to make an appointment and I never got an answer. I even left my number for them to call back and no one did. I'm assuming they're busy but I was persistent and I'm glad I was. Anyway the other patients in the waiting room weren't great but the service and people who helped me were amazing. The dental assistant was named Candy and she was the best. So sweet and nice, she was patient and sweet with my daughter who is one and this was her first dental visit. She gave me tips and answered all my questions. Then Dr. Spiger came in and he was just as great. He looked at the toothpaste I've been using with my baby and gave me recommendations. To sum it up: they could do better about answering their phones and the other patients weren't so great but the actual dentist, employees, and dental experience were all amazing for it being my daughters first ever appointment. read more

Dr Ana (on telephone road) is does not have respect or care for children on the Autism Spectrum. My daughter has to be put to sleep for all procedures including xrays. Which no X-ray was done. She tried to clean my daughters teeth by removing tarter and my daughter would not let her then she says we don't put kids to sleep for a little tarter but my child has not had her teeth cleaned way over a year. She tried to insult my intelligence. Will never go back there. She is not the doctor I asked for. I specifically asked for Dr. James Spiger before arriving. If I could give this place no stars then I would. I took my 5 yr old there and she had about 20 teeth at the time, they were trying to tell me that she had 16 teeth that needed all sorts of crowns and fillings, etc and had to be completely sedated for the procedure because they wanted to do every single thing at one time. Something just did not sit well with me about the visit. The procedure wouldn't even occur until months later because they were so backed up in appts. I ended up not going back and in fact took her to 2 more dentists for 2nd and 3rd opinions, both of these other dentists did not find anything remotely close to what Jamboree was trying to tell me my daughter needed. Without either dentist office knowing about the other, they actually said the same exact thing and offered a completely different treatment plan. Needless to say we found an awesome dentist office that does NOT put their small patients under general anesthesia to put them to sleep and don't attempt to do too much work at one time so it doesn't cause too much discomfort to the child, unlike what Jamboree wanted to do. My daughter was already extremely nervous and they did nothing but scare her more with what they proposed to do. She actually now looks forward to going to the dentist. read more

This dentist just opened down the road from my house and ironically I needed to take my child to see the dentist. I was able to easily schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. We came to the appointment in a very fun looking office. There were TVs with game systems for the kids to play, the people were do nice and helpful. There was even a movie theater for waiting which included a projection screen, stadium seating, and surround sound!!! How cool! My child came out of the office saying " I like the dentist now!"
