Okay I've been leery on having to do the GA on my 5 year old, but before things got worse I knew I needed to get the fillings done. Dr Spiger and Dr. Park in addition to the entire staff are unbelievably!!! Thank you a million times! The communication and patience is exactly what I needed with this being my first serious procedure being done on my child. Definitely a place for children and anxious parents. read more

We had a great experience at this location bringing my toddler nephew in to get his teeth fixed. Carla was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout the visit. She made us feel comfortable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, especially with a little one. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service. Thank you, Carla! read more

It was a very great and nice place but dr Ana was speaking bad about my kid and to someone else which it isn't their business to know that dr Ana is truly one of the worst dentists here read more

I been coming to this Dentist clinic for the past years and I never had an issue until a few months ago. My little sibling had a silver crown that was bothering him and we informed the Dentist about it yet they said it was nothing to worry about. We traveled to Mexico to get it checked for him because it kept bothering him and we found out that the silver crown was loose. It had a lot of food stuck between the silver crown and his tooth so they had to take it out, let the tooth rest and then put it back on. My other sibling had another silver tooth, which was not put on right since it was cutting the inside of his tongue. We keep trying to get a hold of the office for the past two days and they are not answering the phone to book an appointment to get it checked out. You guys need to do a better job. read more

I love the actual Dr, she is the best. But one visit I just felt the young lady at the front with a mole on her face came across a bit rude. She didn't acknowledge me whatsoever when I first came in to check in, I walked up to the desk and said I was checking in, perhaps she didn't hear me? But she proceeded to talk about Instagram with another young lady. And when I needed help scheduling it seemed as though she scooted away so i wouldn't speak to her, I was simply trying to see if anyone could help because the young lady on the far right was busy on the phone. The one on the far right is always very helpful though. Other than that I love this dentist. read more

Don't waste your time! Initial appointment was scheduled for 12/19. Appointment was reschedule for their first available December 31 . Insurance information was provided during the initial, but still received a call on December 30 to confirm the same details they were already provided. Prior to appointment new patient documents were filled out online. Arrive at office waited 30 minutes without being seen. When a family that arrive 20 minutes after us went back to see the dentist I asked how long the wait would be and they advised five more minutes. We waited a total of 40 minutes without being seen. 15 minutes after leaving the appointment, we received a text message confirming our next appointment for June which we never requested, very shady practice. They don't value your time on your money if you have options, choose another location or a different practice because this location is not read more

We love this place! The dentists and staff are super friendly and SO GOOD at what they do. I have never had less than a perfect experience here. Short wait time, everyone is efficient while still caring, and most importantly - they care about both the kids and the parents. My husband was the one that told me about this place and said he use to come here when he was a little boy. It's a good place. When we walk in they always have different decorations. The Doctors and nurses are very nice and friendly to my kids and myself. we've been coming here for 4 Years now and have no complaints. They also have events for the kids to attend. I highly recommend this place Michelle checked me out & was very nice and firm with my next appointment. read more

Best dental place for your kids! I just love the whole environment from the person who calls to confirm to the person checking in and out, to the assistants and doctor. Super clean & kid friendly! I will continue to bring my children here!!!!! (: read more

My son had a dental procedure scheduled for 11:45am. Pretty late in the day already, if you ask me. I was told not to feed my child or give him food 8hours prior to the appointment. Ok, done. We do not get called back for two hours. Nothing would have been done if I didn't get up and ask why such a long wait? They gasped and asked for my name. They forgot about my son............ After the long 4 hours of being inside that building, we got offered a target gift card. With nothing on it. Thanks such a wonderful experience. Sarcasm. read more

Up above in the heavens my prayers have been answered!!! I have finally found a dentist office for my son and his amazing gag reflex. I have been to at least six dentist and not one person could help. We have been referred so many times, I'm was just going threw the motion. First, Its a really neat and a kid friendly office once your inside. Any kid wouldn't mind coming here to play video games or watch movies on a movie screen. I'm not sure on how long this location has been here, But its a diamond in the rough. Of course my son was scared because of the many failed attempts from summit dental, My first tooth doctor, Mint and etc. I can tell you love your job. Each child in that office had a smiling face and nobody was crying. I was in disbelief like are you serious. And far as parents they don't need your help. You just go have a seat in the movie room until then. No worries because your only a foot step away. They also keep you updated with processing as its going along. Now here's the good stuff! I'm a single mother with one child that I carry on my PPO dental plan. Not to give you all too murch of my business.... But I'm coming out the pocket less than five hundred dollars that I was originally quoted (at other locations covered by my insurance) over two thousand including the fact that he has to be sedated. And all treatment are at this location by the same doctors. This appointment was such a relief. Oh yeah! Treated by Dr.Spiger (spelling might be wrong) read more

Still dirty and disgusting. Small claims was filed and medical bills still left unpaid by this office. My sons medical expenses from his repair was to be covered in full, haven't heard from them since February. This place is a liability and scam. Do not trust them with your kids. Talk to the board and ask how many others have filed against them. The list is longer than that shopping center!! read more

I've been taking my now 2 year old to jamboree dentistry since my baby could start going to the dentist. It's a very kid friendly decorated place. My daughter loves to look around and always does well while there. All the dentists and dental assistance I've met have been very kind and when scheduling appointments whoever is at the desk is very helpful. I've been going since before Covid and still during Covid times right now. They are doing well with precautions. With the checking temperatures wearing gloves and facemask. Another thing I love is that they always send email confirmations for your upcoming appointments and they always call ahead your appointment to remind you, it's very helpful. read more

Extremely unhappy with this location. I paid over 400$ for my daughters procedure back in (February 2020) I was told I would be out on a waiting list for the doctor. Then the pandemic happens. I have asked multiple times for my money back, since no procedure ever occurred. 3 different people said a check would be mailed out to me. One said she would email me a confirmation. NOTHING. I call and leave messages with no answer. read more

I love this dentistry a lot! They always have a short wait which means that they don't overbook appointment times. The place is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly! I was having a hard time finding a pediatric dentist near me here in Pearland so I decided to give this one a try since they had good reviews and accepted my insurance. I will say I was nervous about the neighborhood but I decided to take a chance. I called maybe 5 times to try to make an appointment and I never got an answer. I even left my number for them to call back and no one did. I'm assuming they're busy but I was persistent and I'm glad I was. Anyway the other patients in the waiting room weren't great but the service and people who helped me were amazing. The dental assistant was named Candy and she was the best. So sweet and nice, she was patient and sweet with my daughter who is one and this was her first dental visit. She gave me tips and answered all my questions. Then Dr. Spiger came in and he was just as great. He looked at the toothpaste I've been using with my baby and gave me recommendations. To sum it up: they could do better about answering their phones and the other patients weren't so great but the actual dentist, employees, and dental experience were all amazing for it being my daughters first ever appointment. read more

Today my daughter had an appointment that was canceled when she arrived because according to the receptionist the X-ray machine did not work since yesterday, who was very haughty with me when I asked her well, if it did not work since yesterday because they did not tell me to make another appointment and do not miss my work to which he replied, the machines fail and you and your work are not my priority. read more

Dr Ana (on telephone road) is does not have respect or care for children on the Autism Spectrum. My daughter has to be put to sleep for all procedures including xrays. Which no X-ray was done. She tried to clean my daughters teeth by removing tarter and my daughter would not let her then she says we don't put kids to sleep for a little tarter but my child has not had her teeth cleaned way over a year. She tried to insult my intelligence. Will never go back there. She is not the doctor I asked for. I specifically asked for Dr. James Spiger before arriving. Everyone speaks so good of him who have children with disabilities and autism. She told me to make another appointment to see him. Since a heartless woman period. read more

This dentist just opened down the road from my house and ironically I needed to take my child to see the dentist. I was able to easily schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. We came to the appointment in a very fun looking office. There were TVs with game systems for the kids to play, the people were do nice and helpful. There was even a movie theater for waiting which included a projection screen, stadium seating, and surround sound!!! How cool! My child came out of the office saying " I like the dentist now!" All around great experience...we will defiantly be back! read more

If I could give this place no stars then I would. I took my 5 yr old there and she had about 20 teeth at the time, they were trying to tell me that she had 16 teeth that needed all sorts of crowns and fillings, etc and had to be completely sedated for the procedure because they wanted to do every single thing at one time. Something just did not sit well with me about the visit. The procedure wouldn't even occur until months later because they were so backed up in appts. I ended up not going back and in fact took her to 2 more dentists for 2nd and 3rd opinions, both of these other dentists did not find anything remotely close to what Jamboree was trying to tell me my daughter needed. Without either dentist office knowing about the other, they actually said the same exact thing and offered a completely different treatment plan. Needless to say we found an awesome dentist office that does NOT put their small patients under general anesthesia to put them to sleep and don't attempt to do too much work at one time so it doesn't cause too much discomfort to the child, unlike what Jamboree wanted to do. My daughter was already extremely nervous and they did nothing but scare her more with what they proposed to do. She actually now looks forward to going to the dentist. read more
