They provided food, and ran the bar, and also cleaned up the room by taking down tables and making sure everything was back in order.. The staff was super helpful and treated our guests with smiles abound! I really appreciated the hard work and them going the extra mile by creating specific drinks for the event and providing awesome local craft beer and local wine at the events! Open 800 AM - 800 PM Tuesday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. When you pull in to Cash Saver it kind of looks like Hot Tamale Catering has it's own entrance on the North end. It doesn't. Make sure you enter through Cash Saver's main entrance and then head to your Left. The ordering process is similar to most ready to serve counters. You can either call your order in or place it there. Payment is done at the register to your Left. Seat yourself and they bring the food out to you. Seating is low top table and chairs and booths. Fountain drinks are self serve Coke products. I've known Angie Ramos by reputation for years, but this is my first time meeting her face to face. I'm not sure why. I screw up a lot. Ask my exes and current gf... A killer smile and a Texas accent that can't be hidden.... She was working the counter when I walked up. I first tried their food at the Warren Morrow Latin music festival and it was delicious. I have had a few menu items in the past. This time I opted for their newest menu item, mofongo wraps. Instead of a tortilla they use mashed and seasoned plantains stuffed with lettuce, tomato, their special sauce and your choice of chicken or steak. We tried one of each. I prefer the steak, my dining partner enjoyed the chicken. They're a little messy so I would recommend you not try to eat them in your car, but they are super filling. I had one for lunch and I will probably just have a very small dinner because I can't imagine getting hungry anytime soon! I highly recommend everything on their menu, as it is clear that they make everything with authentic ingredients, the right amount of seasoning, and a lot of love for sharing their food with their customers.

She really made this whole experience so much easier and was extremely flexible with our constantly changing plans. What made us appreciate Catering DSM so much more was how considerate they were of us having to transition from a 200+ people wedding to less than 30, waiving any previously established food and drink minimums. We are well aware that there are plenty of venues out there who have not been so flexible, so we are truly grateful for this. The food was amazing, and we loved how customizable everything was. What we really appreciated was how Sarah really listened to what we liked and made adjustments to the menu to fit our personal taste, from adding truffle oil to the mac and cheese croquettes to adding lobster tail to our entrée with less than a week's notice. I had a lot of terrific food in Kauai and in Oahu over the past three weeks or so. I had a great time as well. But it certainly is great to get back and to again enjoy the absolutely amazing (which is a standard deviation better than "terrific") food prepared by Chef Sarah! "Mess of southern boiled cabbage" with bacon spiced pork chops - Okay, the pork chops are way better than you could imagine. While in Oahu, I stayed at a hotel that included a free Asian breakfast buffet and I particularly liked the boiled cabbage that reminded me of my childhood in Alabama. So, I asked Chef Sarah to fix me up a mess of southern boiled cabbage and, of course, she did. But why dies chef Sarah's taste better than Oahu and even my childhood memory. Well, the stuff on Oahu was good enough but not a challenge. But the Alabama recipe for boiled cabbage secretly includes a lot of sugar and a lot of butter and maybe some bacon grease, so what I remember is actually not something I would probably like at this point in my life because I now appreciate the superior flavors of healthy cooking. Chef Sarah came up with some incredible cabbage that has just the right hint of butter plus some amazing and unexpected Louisiana spices. Shrimp and chicken sausage gumbo with jasmine rice - This a repeat of one of my favorites. Somehow, it gets better each time! Zoodles with spring veggies and spinach pesto and seared chicken - I didn't see this coming at all. Chef Sarah seems to enjoy doing that to me. Wonderful things can happen when you encourage a gifted artist to exercise creative freedom. This is an excellent example of that! Turkey, avocado, and cheese sandwiches - My daughter requested this, and they are really great. Avocado, egg, and turkey bacon wraps - Also mainly for my daughter, another of her special favorites!

He refused to show. I then got a call from Amanda who went over some of the problems of the timing and I told her that I would do the shopping, change the day, do whatever it took to make this work. I told her I would work with Louis and make it work with him, but ideally I wanted a morning shift, not the afternoon shift. She agreed to put me on the waiting list. Today, I got an absolutely rude call from a guy who said it wasn't going to work out, then lied about what how the conversations went. I tried to explain all the things I tried to offer; two meals, snacks, simple food; cleaning up after Louis (which he is supposed to do) and he kept cutting me off and told me it wasn't a good fit. Unbelievable. They didn't even try to make this work, simply serving two people a couple of meals a week. Rude, unprofessional, almost downright mean.
