Walked in here at 9:43 pm 17 minutes before the store closes and I asked for a fresh squeezed double shot of ginger. The employee poured me squeezed ginger from a Jamba Juice cup sitting in the rear counter. I asked if this is their fresh squeezed ginger? The reply I got is we freshly squeeze it and put it in the cup for ginger shots. That's not correct. That's not how it's done. It did not have the power a normal ginger shot has. Disappointing when you pay a significant amount of money for it. Very disappointed about that. I don't want to mention the fact that every time I go to Robeks Juice I see them cut the ginger and squeeze it in front of my eyes so I know it's fresh. The ginger was already squeezed sitting in a open (no lid) Jamba Juice cup in the back. I've never seen that before. I understand it's late right before closing but that's no excuse. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the workers were decent. They smiled. read more
