Jamba is one of the few places to get a fresh juice. Before they split from being "Jamba Juice", their Tropical Greens juice was best in which you can taste the kale, pineapple, and other fruit. You can recreate it by getting a Apples and Greens juice and subsisting the juice concentrate for fresh oj with an extra charge. The other smoothies on their menu are not very healthy as seen by their juice concentrate with copious amounts of sugar. In addition, with the sorbets and mix-ins, you might as well get a milkshake from a different establishment. Their customer service is quite lacking. It seems when I come in, there are new employees that are incompetent. Many times my order was processed wrong or delayed more than 20 minutes. Extremely impressed with the customer service. Everyone knows Jamba smoothies are amazing but the customer service at this location was phenomenal! To make a long story short, in the middle of a huge rush, the team forgot to place my pastries in the oven. I could see them sitting on the counter so I was waiting for a break in the rush so I could remind them I was still waiting. Before I could even say anything, one of the girls saw them and immediately took care of the situation. When she brought them over, she apologized profusely, and gave me a coupon for a free smoothie-- I hadn't even said anything to her about the wait. She just owned it. It really wasn't a big deal (it was busy and it was an easy thing to overlook and, what, it was an extra 5 minutes or so?) but the fact that she went out of her way to "make it right" was pretty awesome. Mistakes happen, that's not a big deal; but they made an effort to correct a situation that they felt was below their best and that definitely deserves 5 stars. I usually come here between morning shifts to grab my smoothie and I've never been disappointed :) my drink is a little bit complicated so I usually try to order online to save them and myself time, but this morning my card was acting up so I just went ahead inside to use cash. I only give them four stars because as an overall juice and health food chain, I think Jamba can be better and offer more than they do. Reach higher Jamba! Other than that, I love Jamba. I have liked pretty much every drink I've ever tried at Jamba Juice, but I'm not convinced that a medium sized blended fruit and juice should be pushing $5.00. I know I need to stop being cheap already, but that just seems like a lot to me unless there's alcohol in it. Which: would be awesome. That is a business that needs to happen. I do like feeling like I've made a better choice than hitting up any of the many fast food joints surrounding this location. The drinks are all delish, and I like that there are a lot of options so you can get soy milk, or sherbet, or juice as the "base" for the drink. Now they have a few that are just yogurt and fruit, and I particularly like those as they are not as sweet as many of the others. No, it isn't. Have you watched how the calorie counts on their drinks have climbed? Might as well go to sonic down the street. No difference in the effect on your body. I'm done with Jamba.
