My first time at Jamba Juice in CA. There's outside seating, location seems pretty new. Ordered a Mega Mango for my self and a razzmatazz for the mister. Very refreshing. There's nothing more to say. Service was very friendly and quick. read more

Went in and ordered an orange dream machine with fresh OJ. Girl with dark brown hair, on the taller side took my order, seemed irritated and rude. Another customer asked for a fresh wheatgrass shot and she recommended the ones in the glass saying those we're better. I know the fresh ones are better cause I used to work at a Jamba! Jamba juice does a great job at being familiar. They almost all look alike no matter the size. This specific location is clean, quick, friendly and delicious. Jambas prices have gone up a bit the last couple of years but so have produce in the stores so I guess it's the downstream effect. Good job Jamba read more

It's hard to review this one because I really like Jamba and we go there pretty regularly. However, last Sunday we left early to go out of town and drove a few miles out of the way to come here and they weren't open. Their sign said they opened at 7am and it was 7:30 and the doors were still locked. Lights were on but no one was in there to be seen. read more

This place suck. Nasty. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it. The workers here are not knowledgeable about their drinks. I have gone to many Jamba and order off them menu stuff with no problem, but here its a different story. Not only that, this is my third time getting juice here in the last 3 years (only cause I had no choice) and each time, my drink never taste as good as anywhere else. This is hands down the worse location I've ever gone to. I go there for my daughter when I go to Walmart and I go to Jamba at least twice a week. The employees here don't take there job serious and could care less about customers. This time topped it off for me when a new employee that I didn't recognize helped me. ..I wish I would have got his name. Not to sound racist but he was Asian (just in case whoever is in charge reads this) he seemed as if he was upset because i walked in and interrupted his personal conversation with the other employee. He never smiled, any questioned I asked was an " oh don't know" instead of asking another employee for an answer. I will continue to go to Jamba but unfortunately not this location .. I went in for an orange carrot karma and by the taste of my drink, it seems like they do not rinse their juicer after every use. My drink now tastes like ginger and has ruined the original taste of the drink. I am so unhappy. I hate ginger. Also the girl in front was not very enthusiastic about me trying to figure out what I wanted. Seemed like I was bothering her. Therefore I chose to just leave. I think this experience has ruined Jamba juice for me and I'm sad to say I will not be coming back. read more

Never disappointed. I'm a big fan of the Razzmatazz and just love the smell of fresh fruits when I come in the door.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stopped in the other day and can't remember the last time I have received better service - even at the gourmet restaurants I have been to! The two young boys working made small talk with me and seemed to genuinely be interested in how my day was going, how refreshing. They were very polite and smiled a lot and the great thing was they took the hint when another customer came in and clearly did not want to be bothered. Oh yeah, and the smoothies were made fast and tasted great and fresh. The Jamba by my house makes the smoothies too sweet for my liking, but the drink these guys made was just right! They also have quite a selection of baked goods - sweet and savory. I live on the other side of town but the next time I'm nearby I would definitely return! read more

I used the Mobile App to purchase my orange dream drink and I waited out 20 minutes prior to arriving to pick up my drink. I came in there were three workers none of them greeted me and I came in and said I was picking up a mobile order and they said that I had the wrong location because they didn't see an order. I drove over to the location that they suggested that I have probably mistaken them with and halfway there I called that location and they said they didn't have my order. I drove back to the original location I had thought I had ordered from and walked in and show them on my phone that I had been charge for a drink. Then one of them went into the fridge and found my drink and laughed to the other workers. They did not apologize. Never have I written a terrible review for anybody but the service here sucks. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a drink because of their service but their drinks itself are good. Just this location has terrible service. read more

My most frequented Jamba location in Fresno area. The staff is always friendly and will remake your drink if you're not satisfied. I have not had to personally do that yet, but I have seen them doing it for other people before. Price is a little high for smoothies, but they often have specials. read more

Ew, I just left from this location and got awful service. My cashier was very rude and looked annoyed with me the whole time like I was an inconvenience. She totally didn't even have the positive attitude that other jamba juices have. I waited six minutes for my drink while being the only person there. They also messed up my order, but O didn't bother to tell them seeing as they probably wanted me to leave. Go to other places like the one near Fresno State or Edwards. We came in today positive and upbeat. Said hi how's it going to the clerk named Bobby and he didn't respond to us. Even gave us a look like we were annoying him. The music was loud so I couldn't hear what he was saying because he was mumbling and I asked him to repeat himself and he snapped at me. Made me feel really weird and uncomfortable. Even his body language was negative. Everything about this guy seemed off like he was taking his shitty day out on us. The weird thing is he was negative towards us then went to make smoothies with other coworkers and acted normal and upbeat.. so that made us feel worst. All around shitty experience although the smoothies were good. I'm not going to let his shitty attitude affect my day or positivity but you should watch out for this guy named Bobby. If you are in the service industry suck it up and be nice or you won't last long. I've been in the industry for 10 years and that's no way to treat a customer. read more

First and foremost the employees here are liars. I went to this Jamba Juice location to get a smoothie and I told the cashier that I would like to get the excess smoothie from the blender in a tiny cup and the cashier says ok. When they made my smoothie, I asked the employee if I can have the excess in a tiny cup, she gave me a tiny cup and walked away with the excess in the blender to put it away in the sink. I told her "excuse me can I have the excess smoothie in a tiny cup?" She told me it was their policy to not give the excess in a tiny cup. I ask her "since when was it a policy?" She told me it was always a policy which is a huge lie. I gave her a bewildered look because I knew she was unbelievably lying to me. I told her that every time I have been to Jamba Juice (which I have been to all the locations in Fresno/Clovis area) it was never a problem to give me the excess in a tiny cup. If fact, 3 weeks ago I went to this same Jamba Juice location and they gave it to me without a problem! She told me, "would you like to speak to my manager?" The manager, this effeminate sounding guy, told me the same exact thing and told me he would give the excess to me just this one time. He is a liar too; he's just trying to back his employee up. It was getting busy but still that is no excuse for not giving me the amount of smoothie ingredients I rightfully paid for. I paid over 6 dollars for this smoothie which is steep so I better be getting every last drop of what I paid for inside that blender. I don't like to waste anything. I will be complaining to corporate and the district manager about this. read more
