I came to this Jamba Juice on 4/05/22. I ordered from the app so I can just get my drink and go. Seriously love that perk. It is sometimes difficult to find parking but I got lucky and pulled right in. Upon entering I was greeted and they informed me they were still working on my drink. It was clean inside and they had peaceful music on. The staff had alot of energy. Which is needed being around yummy smoothies all day. My drink was up but I was disappointed on the cup. It wasn't their Jamba Cup with the cuteness it was just their basic white cup with no logo or signage. They said it's temporary but still xD The smoothie of course was delicious. I got a Mango A go go. My all time favorite. It was absolutely delicious!!! I usually get the vita boost. Which is good. Overall, it was good smoothie. This Jamba Juice. Holy cow. I can't even express fully how grateful I am for Austin's kindness and patience and assistance. I came in last week during a chaotic morning of ours. We were moving my stepdaughter into the dorms and had been up early/stayed up late packing the night prior, plus the drive from bakersfield. I was so exhausted and just trying to find a smoothie I could sneak veggies in for my 10 month old. She had never tried smoothie before and I was just overthinking and exhausted and probably stood staring at the mobile order screen 5 minutes before he came over and realized I was struggling. I didn't want to make it his problem but he was so kind and reassuring we could figure it out. I really don't come across moments like this in customer service much these days....it was really refreshing. He came up with a solution that worked for our order and the smoothies came out fantastic. I am so grateful. I will definitely be back in the future when we visit our daughter. The protein adds more volume to the drink, so if you order a medium, they give you a large cup instead because there's usually a bit more. I recommend signing up for their rewards program. After entering my order I asked if I could pay cash and he rudely said no. Nice location, tucked away in the Willow & Herndon lot not far from Round Table Pizza and Chronic Tacos. It's pretty small and narrow with a few high tables for hanging out and two service counters. The menus and branding have been updated recently. Less colorful, but a bit more trendy. There are the usual smoothies, now with lots of non-dairy options, as well as juices, bowls like acai bowls, and some breakfasts and bakery snacks. There are also a bunch of pre-packaged snacks at the counter like fruit roll-ups and protein bars. I had the strawberries wild with apple-strawberry juice, frozen yogurt, strawberries, and bananas. It's pretty creamy for a smoothie and it was blended smooth, no icy or chunky fruit bits. The flavor was pretty good but it kind of just made me miss Orange Julius. Overall it was a lot of sugar for my taste and I ended up wit ha bit of a stomach-ache so I can't see myself becoming a regular here. If you seek liquefied fresh veggies and fruits or smoothies, you know already that Fresno lacks severely with having the local 'artisanal' juice shops unlike other thriving California cities with local juice shops at every corner. Actually scratch the word "lack", its more like extinct, but good thing this Juice giant makes up for that. They make up for it by providing the Fresno market with consistent fresh juices and creative elixir concoction that might cost an arm and a leg but surely taste good and its super good for your health since the ingredients are actually fresh fruits and veggies and none of those frozen rubbish. Best part is they open as early as 7am. Im glad to report that Jamba Juice particularly this location is doing a fantastic job at making fresh pressed juices and concoctions for the local market, especially for people like me who are temporarily practicing vegan-ism, and needs a quick fix of thirst quenchers that is both healthy and uses only the best fresh ingredients that is animal free. Even when Im not vegan, as a health freak who is looking for a healthy quick breakfast with a boost of protein Jumba Juice would be the place. What I do love about this location of the Jamba is how friendly and chirpy their employees is, they always seem to have the happy vibe that is positive and sincere when I come here. The store may I add is also always squeaky clean, while the juice/smoothie is always made fresh and taste pretty amazing. I also do appreciate on days that I want to get a boost of protein I have the choice of selecting either soy or whey protein in my drink mix. My personal favorite is the tropical greens which comes to about $5 for a small. It contain apples, pineapples, Supergreens, and Chia seeds. The taste is very fruity yet not artificial, and its no surprise why I can taste only fresh fruit, since everything was made from fresh ingredients at Jamba Juice and right on the spot as I order it. Most people often resort to Starbucks for a quick fix of breakfast, I think its better to go to Jamba Juice for a quick fix of breakfast and a healthy boost of energy from liquefied goodness. The great thing about Jamba, is the variety of food offerings they have, it isn't just liquified fruits and veggies, they even have sandwiches, energy bowls (yogurt parfait), and some tasty bites such as baked goods and basic sandwiches. I just feel that this location of Jamba Juice could be less generic and have comfortable seats like sofas and couches to be that perfect hangout place for young people, and maybe open late too. Worst Jamba Juice Team in Fresno County. The owner should be more mindful when hiring these immature kids. They lack proper customer service skills, they seem to think it's funny to make customers wait. From now on I'll be driving to the other side of town to purchase drinks that my children and I can enjoy without the bad attitudes and nasty mannerisms. Seating is available outside and chairs are the same it seems throughout other Jamba Juice's. However employees are courteous and friendly to assist if a new comer. Our visit we actually had a first time experience customer and the staff questioned a few likes and dislikes and ultimately made a helpful decision and appears the new comer was delighted to experience. I really don't have any complaints about the staff because they've all been welcoming and provide good customer service but I do wish there was more indoor seating. There's 4 tables with 2 chairs each so this isn't really a stop and chill location. Obviously, Jamba Juice is a chain and each store doesn't really have much of a say as to what's on their menu or their prices but if there's any chance of them reading this, I hope they'll add more items to their menu and either offer specials or enhance their reward system. read more

But on our way to the gym we needed a pre workout protein fix so we stopped by here. being at one of the busiest corners of the city streets Willow/hernon they alway stay pretty busy. But I do give them an extra star for being fast. Now if only they're drinks weren't as chunky, and if they tasted better.
