For this visit, I attempted to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer for $4 off. The app wouldn't redeem that offer but still gave me half off for joining so I'm glad that worked out. My Strawberry Banana smoothie was well-blended and sweet. The worker at the counter seemed to mainly care about efficiency but was still friendly. I could tell this Jamba has staffing issues though. Place was a little dirty and only one table for customers to sit at. I believe the place was hit by the pandemic, but could still have a little more seating options for its patrons. My fave is the Mango Go Go or Caribbean Passion Smoothie. So refreshing. Tried the Dragon Fruit Delight Bowl tonight. $10 is a bit pricey but it was very yummy! Fruits were fresh. I did not like the coconut flakes on it. read more

I like to order complicated drinks sometimes.. and it can be a bit confusing for Jamba people, especially when they are new. That is totally understandable.. I went in to the Clinton location at 3 PM Today and Jaidyn was very patient and did everything he could to put up with my dang complicated smoothie order. Whoever the Manager/Shift Lead was came over to help him, and I noticed that they fixed what he had rang up to make sure the items were Substituted rather than Added. I didn't say anything about noticing the additions (would have been substitutions) to either employees, and the Shift Lead still made that adjustment for me and I noticed it and very much appreciated it. The smoothie was perfect, my daughter is very very happy, and the wheatgrass I ordered was NOT expired which is a first for me after going to multiple jambas in the area for probably the last few years. Seriously, I haven't gotten a wheatgrass that wasn't expired until today. I didn't know the shift leads name, but they (and Jaidyn) were very patient and helpful. read more

Wow what a horrible Jamba Juice location. Do NOT come here if you want fresh orange juice. The girl waited 5 minutes to tell me that she was really busy with online orders and I could put my order in myself on the kiosk. So I did that. Then she made my strawberry bowl first even though it was my second order. It melted while I waited 25 minutes to receive 2 orange juices and 2 classic sandwiches. She told me "your orange juices are going to take a really long time because I'm busy" she then proceeded to make a bunch of other orders for people who were not there. When she finally gave me my orange juices she did NOT use the big orange juicer in the front like all the other Jamba juices do - but she poured them out from a container. She gave them to me half full of ice, when I asked her to remove the ice she literally snatched the cup out of my hand and had the worse attitude when she gave them back to me I told her "thank you so much" and she didn't say anything just walked away. Even The woman behind me couldn't believe how rude she was being. On top of everything the orange juice was NOT squeezed, it was very obviously from a concentrate mix. It was horrible tasting. Paid 24$ for concentrate mix. Was so disappointed and irritated. Seriously Jamba Juice, do better. If you look at the reviews for this specific location they're bad. read more

Just stopped in for a smoothie. Thinking it would be quick. There was 2 people in front of us that already ordered when we walked in. Took about 5 minutes for them to take our order. As we ordered a door dash order came in. They did that one first. Ordered 3 smoothies... waited another 23 minutes for them to be made. All 3 were different smoothies and yet all taste pretty close to the same. Very runny, weird after taste and just not very good anymore. We've been doing Jamba juices for years (out of state) before moving here. Can't say we will be back. Not worth paying for it when it came be made SOOOO much better at home now. read more

Jamba Juice. You have probably been to one so I imagine very specific details are not too crucial in this review. They make frozen juice smoothies from whatever combination of fruit you are feeling like having that day or you can choose from their list of favorites. You can also get healthy add-ins sprinkled into your drink to give you that boost if that's what you're looking for. Prices always seem high to me, but maybe that's because I don't come here a lot. This particular location is newer than some and each time I have been in, it has always been clean and orderly. The employees are very friendly and jump up to help you as soon as you are ready. During my last visit here, one employee at this location stood out - Hugh. He is a great guy and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Worst service ever. I ordered a Açaí Bowl through the app I showed up and waiting 25 mins to get it. They manager with the earrings was really pissed off he made my bowl and when he saw he added blueberries he yelled "shit" and chucked it at the trash can then went back and to make my bowl put it on the blender let it sit there for 10 mins while he cleaned the mess he made. People were waiting to order the whole time I was there waiting. When a couple left one of the employees said "oh well they don't wanna wait who care". I will NEVER go here again. Extremely disappointed. I visit this Jamba Juice three times a week as i work next door. Today I had one of their breakfast sandwiches with spinach in it and I have been beyond sick since I ate it. Why does this location suck so bad. Explain to me when four staff are "Working".. how can an online order be 20 minutes late. You ask an associate about your order and they treat you like crap for asking about your order that was ditto be done 20 minutes ago. BTW they had not even started on them. When I ask they pull tickets off a machine and then add them to the que to get started on. I should say that 2 of the 4 staff were just farting around chatting with each other. I've given this Jamba Juice so many chances because I live right down the road but it's seem to disappointed me every single time. To the point where I refuse to go there anymore and will drive out of my way to go to the Layton location. The service is horrible and the smoothies never satisfy me. I was hoping it was just the one girl that's always there but it seem it's every employee there. They all seem grumpy and could careless about their customers. ***UPDATE: We received a response from someone in the franchise office who apologized for the trouble we experienced. She sent me some coupons and recognized the problem with an assurance that it would be addressed. I am hoping for the best and will give them another chance. **Original review: We purchased several (12) $5 gift cards to go into prizes for a game night that evening. As we were putting together the prizes for that night's entertainment, wrapping them up in cellophane and making them look cute, we discovered that we had been shorted one card. So, we quickly hurried down with the receipt from earlier in the day to get the missing card, only to be told that we needed to unwrap all the gifts and bring the other 11 cards in for them to be able to do anything. I have worked in several places known for their customer service and this was NOT IT! I could hardly believe that they were willing to lose a longtime customer over $5, but alas, that is what has happened. I will personally not be returning to that Jamba in the future--which is unfortunate. Badly done, people! read more
