We tried to text for the e coupon and didn't get it until 10 minutes later. So I couldn't use the coupon when I ordered. It is my fault, but it pissed me off because I know other texting services work faster. My girlfriend liked the Belgian Waffle so much she went back to the register to get more and the manager accused her of using the coupon twice. This used to be a top-notch Jamba Juice location. Something's happened in the last 6-12 months though. There's been a lot of turnover, even more so than normal for a place like this. The quality of employees working at this location has declined substantially. The latest negative trend at this location is the Jamba Insider Rewards system being down almost ALL THE TIME. The last three times I've visited the system has been down and I lost the opportunity to earn rewards points. The employees don't care. They just shrug their shoulders and ring up the order. I've probably lost two free smoothies in the last few months because of this ridiculous neglect. A few weeks ago I was waiting for my smoothie as it was being made and one of the employees walked in (maybe coming back from a break) and she starts screaming F-bombs for all to hear. It;s often a busy location but the staff always work hard to get everyone served. They have a great selection of smoothie choices and will even mix older or off menu smoothies you may not see listed anymore. They are very friendly, have a great attitude and a wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoyed my experience in this Jamba Juice location. The store is fresh looking and clean with marketing geared toward health. I came in wanting a smoothie full of veggies since I find it hard to get in enough portions of greens. The Apple and Greens smoothie was recommended to my by the cashier, who was very patient with my questions and friendly. They have a very convenient rewards program (I plugged in my own phone number right at the register). I was VERY pleased to find out that no sugar is added to any of their products. I was tired of ordering smoothies at other places only to find out my "Healthy" drink was loaded with added sugar. There was a nice selection of pastries, wraps, and pretzels available. My drink was made quickly, even though they apologized for it "taking so long", and was DELICIOUS! It was exactly what I wanted. Full of greens but still yummy because of the mangos and apples in it! This is a nice Jamba Juice located across the street from FAU/PBC and it's next to the Sprint store which is why I ended up here that day. The parking here can sometimes be a hassle (ok well most times) mostly because it's Boca and there is a Whole Foods, Bed Bath, and several good restaurants that share the same parking space. The service was very friendly and fast. I ordered my usual mango a go go with the energy boost. It is always yummy and doesn't last very long in my hands lol. So while waiting for a meeting I decided I needed a little treat or a little (something-something) to hold me over. I come to this plaza quite often to hit up whole foods the bookstore or Nordstrom.. But never ran into the smoothie shop.. The store like the others is small.. They have to the right of the store small sitting areas which is nice. What I like about Jamba if ls they make everything in front of you and it's all open and transparent. The PB love is my all-time favorite.. It has a mix of strawberries and chocolate, which you can never go wrong with.. The wait time was quick .. Even with 2 ppl ahead of me they were very efficient on getting the smoothies prepared quickly. The staff wasn't the most talkative bunch but I really didn't expect to share my life story with them however I often hope for a little personality especially at the small little smoothie stores.. The quality and taste of my smoothie was excellent the places very tidy and the lot it's very large with plenty of parking. . The only thing I did notice is that it's now 850 in the morning and there are several people already in and out, which means that this place is probably very hustle and bustle during the day which could be frustrating. I really enjoy the fruit smoothies at Jamba Juice. I'm not that crazy about the vegetable ones. The people behind the counter are very nice and helpful. They keep the store very clean including the restroom. It is so refreshing to go and enjoy a frosty treat on a hot day which could be any of 364 of 365 in south Florida. The staff is very quick with your order. Their prices are a little high. OK a lot high. But the experience is worth it when you need a cooling off. It's so much easier than making one yourself in the blender, and you don't have to clean up afterwards. Let's go for another one! All it's missing is the rum and ice cream. read more

Many times I've encountered rude employees at this location who make it seem like a problem when you ask for modifications on your order. Although I've been disappointed on various occasions I am giving five stars because of the one newer employee who has made an incredible difference. Michael was kind and was an absolute perfectionist when creating my açaí bowl. Many times I've been given messed up fruit yet he took his time to cut different bananas without being told just to simply give his customers the best. I was very impressed. Walked in during a thunderstorm looking to use my expired coupon hoping they would take it since I'm a first time customer & got turnt down.....as soon as I said bye, turned around to leave, Sam stopped me right as a loud crack of thunder & lightening lit up outside! so thankfully he saved my life by not letting me leave at that moment.
