My favorite part about this experience has been Lulu, the lymphatic drawings masseuse. She's warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and has made me feel so at ease throughout my healing process. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through this without her expertise and advice. The massages helped me so much and I definitely recommend them as soon as possible, post surgery. I wish the clinic informed the patients more on how beneficial the lymphatic massages really are and how what to truly expect right after surgery. At times I felt kind of lost and scared, so I found myself getting on Google as much as possible, but Lulu is the one that really advised me on what to do and how to best do it so I'm the most comfortable during my healing. I had upper eyelids done by Dr Yousefi three (3) months ago in Vienna, Virginia. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive. The staff made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions, even after my numerous phone calls, basically asking the same questions over and over. Dr. Yousefi was calming, quick and has excellent technique. I was treated very coldly by a pre-op intake nurse who pressed her concerns and policies w/o any sort of empathy nor bedside manner. Not only will I NOT return after all the years w/ Dr. Yusefi, I will not recommend going here because of the insensitive and "plastic" cold treatment I received from his intake nurse. Recommendation: Dont treat loyal customers like just a number and with insensitive, cardboard, pretentious staff who are the "first line face" of the business with paying patients. I called today asking about botox. The only way to get the doctor to administer the botox is if you pay FULL PRICE plus $50! So groupons or sales get you the nurse. Another yelper commenter about having a bump on her cheek after botox. Why was botox injected in your cheek in the first place? I went to Dr. Yousefi's office for laser hair removal. To be honest I was really nervous about having it done (considering the horror stories I have heard from my friends who also had laser hair removal done at different offices). But all the nerves and anxiety for nothing. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The technician that did my laser hair removal was so sweet. I got a chin implant a couple of months ago. Dr. Yousefi, Jazmina, and Yasmin made the process less scary for a first-timer like me and provided a great surgery and recovery experience. They were honest about expectations and were straightforward about payment and other financial issues like financing. The post-op appointments were really helpful in keeping track of my healing and making sure that I was doing well. The medical team was highly attentive the entire time. Though I will be getting further augmentation down the road since my chin is highly recessed, this first step was definitely worth it to balance out my face so it doesn't look as abnormal as before. I got liposuction of the abdomen done about 3 years ago in October. The experience itself was good. The aftermath however was not. I haven't been able to do a sit-up since the surgery. When I've tried my stomach has painful spasms. I do not recommend the practice to anyone. I tried to come in about it and they'd never have time to see me. Terrible. read more

Even when you call on the phone they are even more polite than you can imagine. My only experience for facial improvement has been done by the nurse practitioner Aubry. Hands down she is the best you could ever get and I'm including some doctors. She is extremely professional and amazing!!! If I could give her 100 stars I would. Never have I been disappointed.... not once.
