Jam and Cream Nanna has decked this place out with all her vintage cooking utensils and Doilies. Jam and Cream has the largest menu of scones I have ever seen. savoury and sweet, tried and tested over various occasions. Made to order so expect to wait at least 30 minutes. They are delicious and worth the wait. Favourite sweet - beryl. Favourite savoury - Onion, Cheddar Cheese and chutney. Other menu items include sausage rolls, High tea, Mini high tea and kids meals large enough to share. Book the Pink Caravan for some group privacy. Check out Living Social for the regularly advertised Jam and Cream scones and tea 2 for 1 deals. Be sure to book as it gets super busy. read more

Cute little shop with a vintage fit out & knick-knacks for sale. Took a little while for service but they were short staffed. I ordered the plain Jayne scones, which comes with jam & cream & it was delicious! Crunchy on the outside, soft & fluffy on the inside, just the way a scone should be. $15 for 2 scones & tea, perhaps a little overpriced? Still enjoyed it though. read more

An experience in quality service and delightful coffee. Cakes and pies compete for attention with the scones. This business also has a range of homely products. I got two marvellous baby hats for friends at a remarkable reasonable price. 6 out of 5 stars from me because the service was so good. None of that pompous foodie snobbery just quality staff to serve quality products at a reasonable price. Did I say 6 out of 5 yet? read more

Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Crowded with families but tables and chairs close together. Food in cabinet looked nice -- mostly sausage rolls. But waited to be noticed but with the children screaming (the ones already sitting down!), decided it was not for us. No air conditioning is seems so would not have been pleasant. Judging by the families, would say it was more for that demographic. Shame as I had heard good things about the food. read more

Vintage themed cafe. Had tea and scones with aome friends. Scones take about 20 mins as they bake them to order. Tasted great... but a little overpriced for scones. read more

Not my cup of tea! A bit over priced for what it is. Tea was served luke warm at best, and the scones came out under cooked- yes, they were balls of raw dough in the centre. Yuck. Overall it was disappointing. read more

Almost everything on their menu is a winner, and with daily specials you really get more than what you would otherwise expect from a cafe in a small strip like this. You really do develop an appreciation for the chef who without fail delivers all meals cooked to perfection and comes up with innovative dishes. Service is young and friendly, lovely girls on the coffee machine. I popped in recently and saw their new updated menu, I am itching to find time for my next lunch here. Love it.

Disgusting place with a horrible, nasty old woman called Sue, who runs it. We had scones which were burnt, sandwiches that were stale with hardly any filling in them, and drinks which were luke-warm, instead of hot. When we tried to tell her about the food, she became very hostile and aggressive and insisted there was nothing wrong with it. When we got up to leave and asked her if she could give us a discount off the bill because we weren't able to eat any of the food, she flew in to a rage and started screaming abuse at us. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your hard earned money at this dirty dump with its over-priced food and exceptionally rude staff. Go to a reputable establishment where the staff are professional and friendly, and know how to treat their customers.. Jam and Cream is just an old run-down shop with crockery full of chips and ridiculous doilies plastered all over the ceiling... The staff and owner are just typical of the area, I guess....... read more
